Excellent hotel rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast also really good plenty of choice. Reception also good one slight mix up as they had us down for double rooms but we had arranged for twin rooms but they sorted it. In the bar there was entertainment each night drinks were hotel prices £5.50 a pint but a two minute walk to weather spoons £1.49 a pint of Ruddles. The car parking for the hotel is about a 5 minute walk away and will cost you £13.50 for 24 hours
I would like to say this hotel was really nice, the staff were brilliant, especially Gary and Mahmoud who were brilliant! Gary thank you for my sweet treat! Mahmoud thank you for sorting out our taxi. The lovely waitress who sorted out our wobbly breakfast table! Sorry didn't get her name. The hotel to me was lovely and maybe a bit of updating but we both loved it. We will be back! I couldn't walk far but the Cavern was around the corner, bingo! Loved it. Also the singer on Friday night was brilliant thank you guys 😁
Excellent hotel. Staff - The staff are so helpful and considerate. From check in to check out, they were a help. Whether at the bar, reception or night porters, you always were looked after. We had a few problems with our voucher and getting our free t-shirts from the package, but the staff sorted this out for us with no problems! Excellent service. The room was clean. High windows. Air con. Rain shower, safe. Only irk was that the toilet was put in too close to the wall. (I'll leave that bit to your imagination :D) Breakfast - Good choice, nice room. clean tables. Only irk - black puddings were set aside from the rest of the buffet, so missed them on the 1st day! Plus side, it's great to listen to the Beatles whilst having your brekkie. The layout and friendliness, meant that this was a very enjoyable stay. The taxi tour from the hotel was a great highlight of the day. The accessibility of being able to get it outside the hotel, just added to the experience. The only recommendation I would leave, is to have a Real ale choice on tap at the bar. (Something like Doom Bar/Old Speckled Hen or a local one like Yellow Submarine Ale) Would definitely recommend this hotel. I've wanted to go for a while, and it is certainly worth it!!…
We were only there for a couple of nights, but it is a lovely hotel, spacious rooms, very close the centre and The Cavern. Receptionists Maria and Mahmoud were very helpful on where to visit and where to eat. 👍🏻
We were first greeted by the lovely Maria and Mahmoud on reception - their customer service was exceptional and they were kind enough to upgrade our room at no extra cost, they made us feel very welcome. The actual room was very clean, though not sure if it is worth the higher price over either hotels in the area as it was quite standard. The balcony was a nice touch, but was shared and also not the best view in the side we were on. The location is very convenient, just round the corner from Matthew street with cavern club, and a moment away from all the shops. All in all a nice stay and the custom service made it a worthwhile time.
This was our fourth stay at this hotel and sadly its uniqueness is beginning to fade. N real effort to build on the Beatles theme, which is what people surely want to see. No receptionists in the Mondrian dresses they once wore, inaudible Beatles music trying to compete with the endless TV advert loop in the bar, and a rather indifferent staff group now. However, our stay was spoilt by being turned away from the hotel restaurant at 8pm on Thursday night, there was just the two of us, but we were told that with a party of ten and one couple just finishing their meal, we were unable to be accommodated. So we took our money into town. Strange decision on the hotel's part to turn custom away, surely?
We stayed at the Hard Days Night Hotel in May 2022 for 7 nights. Emma, Maria and Tim at the front desk were extremely helpful and made our stay delightful. The hotel is located in a great location only a minute walk from the Cavern Club. We would stay here again if visiting Liverpool.
My friend and I loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who loves the Beatles or is just visiting Liverpool. Atmosphere in the hotel is lovely and we loved the Beatles decorations. Location is perfect and the staff made the stay wonderful. Lots of love and many thanks to Mahmoud, he got us a room much earlier than our check in was meant to be and was so kind:). - Ella
We found this hotel was excellent and we were so close to everything. The staff were also exceptional especially Mahmoud on front desk who was so welcoming and looked after us to get checked in as early as possible. Thank you all!
Me and my wife stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday and was not disappointed. Hi spec rooms always clean and tidy, staff that are friendly and very helpful and the breakfast is excellent value for money. Right next to Mathew Street and the legendary Cavern it's a must for all Beatles fans. Blake's Restaurant for evening meal was ,again, fantastic and we will definitely be visiting again.
