I stayed for one night with my son. We were visiting to watch the football. The hotel is very central right next to Liverpool One shopping area which also has lots of restaurants. Bus to Annfield is 2 minutes away and taxis right outside. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. The hotel... More

Booked months ago over £50 per head. Room very nice and food very good. Huge disappointment at the way they are ripping off customers with prices of drink at the bar. 1 single gin n tonic £5.50 and they don't even give you the full bottle of tonic . If you want that it costs £6.70!!! Seriously how lame We... More

My girlfriend and I stayed recently and found the hotel to be faultless, it was superb. Brilliantly located in the city centre and only a ten minute walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, the concierge was extremely helpful and a real character. Our room was on the fourth floor and... More

Lovely hotel and centrally located. Smart front desk with very efficient staff. We had booked a superior room and it was very nicely appointed. The only drawback was we were on the third floor over looking a very noisy pub/club and the noise went on until after midnight. It did not stop our enjoyment as we were in Beatles City.... More
