I had specifically requested a quiet room when I booked, and was put into a room that was far too noisy, I could hear Bob Marley being played outside. I was given another room that seemed fine on that score, but when I got back after dinner, the clubs and pubs in the street below were blaring music. I was... More

Took my ten year old son for a surprise birthday treat (I know, ten year old beatles fan-parenting win) The hotel is fantastic-the décor, the memorabilia the whole feel of the place. The staff were brilliant and friendly, even helping with putting a cake an balloon into our room for him-nothing was too much bother. The room itself (a luxury... More

Complete apathy from reception desk on arrival - bored, indifferent, done it thousands of times before. Waited ages for painfully slow lift - only two tiny ones very busy. Security keycard accesss requires lightning reactions. Corridor carpet not recently vacuumed - lots of detritus scattered up and down. So called luxury room just a larger than average Travelodge with wide... More

Somehow I expected more from this Hotel. Hard Days Night - genuine articles of interest for the Beatles fan maybe. Instead it was Beatles playlist in the background, a none too impressive painting on our wall and various pictures and painting around the hotel. I just felt a little short changed. The breakfast was pretty dire. Little fresh fruit, limited... More

This hotel was really great. In a sensational position literally next door to the site of the original Cavern Club. Beautiful room, requested a view and balcony and that's exactly what we got. The Carpark situation worried me, but it turned out to be so easy to use. I'd gladly stay there again.

We stayed here as a base for our wedding at The Beatles Story. The room and food were first class along with the service and can do attitude. Just one not so good part was the hotel should soundproof their function room as the private party disco thumped through the hotel until 1am. Suggest you take ear plugs if you... More

We had one night here and loved it. The building is beautiful, the walls on the staircase are all Beatles black and white pictures. Cocktails were gorgeous and the room was spotless. Comfy bed, on the top floor with no noise problems at all. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Overall it was a great place to stay whether or not... More

The hotel is in an excellent position just around the corner from the Cavern Club on one side and Liverpool One shopping centre. The room facilities were very modern even though in a listed building. Could not find any fault with the room and the hotel generally. A must for all Beatle fans even if only to have look around. Breakfast... More
