Stayed here for a night this weekend. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the centre of Liverpool. Plenty of bars and places to eat on the street itself. Check in and out was slow as there's only one person manning the desk, but the receptionist was lovely and super helpful in suggesting and booking us a place to eat... More

Large rooms, big lounge area with leather sofa and chairs and well fitted modern wetroom. The location is perfect, 2 minute walk from Liverpool 1, 5 mins from James St train station and 10 mins from Albert dock. This was my second stay, staff are great, rooms are clean (starting to feel tired) but still great VFM.

Me and my husband stayed for weekend. Rooms are okay but nothing special. For money we payed I was expecting a bit more. Shower okay. Shower screen looks like need fixing. Room was clean but no fridge not enough hangers. No iron just ironing board. So you get basic room with hotel in middle of town. No restaurant in hotel... More

We are staying here tonight as a romantic couples night. The nice woman at the front desk recommended Olive as a restaurant and offered us a discount there. The room was lovely and location very good. However, when we tried to go to Olive at our booked time they told us it was much later than we anticipated. So it... More

We used to lived in Liverpool for several years in Sweeting St, which is by Castle Street and would always passed by the hotel. The hotel is quiet, despite being in the middle of the city centre with high ceiling large rooms and classic interior, very clean bathroom, comfortable beds, dining table, makes u comfortably feels like home. Although we... More

My husband and I booked to stay at this hotel for our anniversary. This was our second stay, having previously stayed a few years ago for Valentine's Day. We loved it the first time but sadly we did not feel the same 'wow' factor this time. To start with the positives, the hotel is in a great central location and... More

We visited 62 Castle Street for my girlfriends birthday as a treat. We parked in the Liverpool One Q-park as the hotel offers a 50% off deal in there to all guests. The hotel was in a great location, right beside the buzzing Liverpool One centre. From the hotel we could walk down to the docks, into the centre and... More
