Titanic Hotel Liverpool is located in the historic Stanley Dock, restoring one of the city's most historic and iconic buildings. The hotel has incredible room sizes, service and style. The extensive lobby area is home to the the Rum Bar where we believe, a cocktail menu that matches your mood and hour of the day is essential. Then there is the Rum, with over 60 Rums available some exclusive to the hotel! You can also dine in the lobby from the Rum Bar menu or indulge in afternoon tea. The lobby also boasts a VIP and Business lounge. Stanley's Bar and Grill showcases the dramatic theatre kitchen, open to allow you to watch a team loving preparing your food. However this is not pretentious dining - Stanley's is a place where you and your friends, family, colleagues or simply your newspaper can all get together and feel at home. Kick off your shoes, throw off your jacket, loosen your tie and sit back. Down stairs at the Titanic Hotel amid the red brick arches and beautiful cool stone floors, more Roman bath than city spa, will lay the warm waters of the Hydro pool and Thermal Suite. The mood and atmosphere will be simply delightful. Maya Blue Wellness at the Titanic Hotel will offer an experience rather than a facility. Yes we have a thermal suite with sauna, steam room and water features, a relaxation area and treatment rooms for those all-important beauty regimes, but this is an experience, an intimate experience and one you will want to return to over and over again. Hotel residents can enjoy complimentary access to our Gym with state of the art fitness equipment. Meetings, conferences and Events at the Rum Warehouse are about three things - flexibility, state of the art facilities and never losing sight of the bigger picture. We have the flexibility to create exactly what you need and facilities and equipment to make this a highly efficient and effective exercise for your company. Our meeting and conference spaces boast natural light and are highly adaptable; Our professional conference, exhibition and events team will work with you throughout; dedicated AV equipment and in-house technicians as well as 100mb high speed internet access will ensure a smooth and productive event. The Rum Warehouse is one of the most prominent Conference and Exhibition spaces in the city. The ground floor can accommodate 1000 people theatre style or an exhibition of 800 sq.M. Floor to ceiling glazing and stunning views of Stanley Dock combined with a range of breakout spaces on the upper level make this the ideal way to display your business. The Rum Warehouse is also the perfect space for that special event whether it be a Wedding, anniversary or birthday party or fundraising ball this is the perfect blank canvas for you to create your dream day. We were looking forward to staying in this hotel and paid for a suite which looked lovely on the pictures and it was a complete let down, it was dirty and grubby, the carpets are filthy and ripped, shower was dirty, the finish could be a lot better for the price of hotel rooms, there are better hotels in the centre of Liverpool. We were woken in the night and again to cleaning trolleys, then came out of our room in the morning to cleaning trolleys parked outside our door, when i brought this up with the receptionist he wasn't interested and said he would mention it to management, but upon checking out didn't bother saying anything to me knowing i was tired and not pleased with our stay. I did not sleep well at this hotel. Check out was late on sunday so we don't expect to be woken by cleaning trolleys in the morning and have them parked outside our room. We had afternoon tea which was overpriced and over rated. We had an evening meal, the starters were poor, 3 bread rolls with butter warmed up but the steak was ok, could be better for the hotels price range. Breakfast was not the best could have been better quality. I emailed the hotel about the shortcomings we experienced at this hotel and the response wasn't what i expected, no apologies made and they simply weren't interested that we had paid £225 for a suite for 1 night and expected far better than our night of horror and did not have an enjoyable stay or sleep at the hotel. My husband went outside the room after 3am as were woken during the night. The replies to the poor reviews are not taken on board and they are already aware of the poor aspects of the hotel and are ready to argue with you and you get a poor response. So if you don't enjoy your stay here don't bother complaining that it was below standard as you will get a robotic response. There are far better hotels in Liverpool centre with better standards and better rooms.

Had a wonderful stay at the Titanic Hotel. The room was huge with a great view across one of the docks with some canal barge traffic. Also had a river view which was great. The food was brilliant and you could not fault the friendly staff. Walked into the Albert Docks a couple of times but I don't walk well so took a taxi several times and these were reasonably priced, never more than a tenner. Enjoyed a cocktail or two right by the dockside a few times when the sun shone which was lovely. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff working there. Myself and a group of my 5 friends stayed in this fabulous hotel recently and we were blown away by the rooms (Huge), the food, and the fantastic service that we received. Damien greeted us on arrival and we had such fun with him throughout our stay. He made us feel so welcome and gave us tips on where to visit in Liverpool city. He is a great character to have around. The breakfast was very good with a huge choice for even the pickiest eater. The general location is fabulous and the taxi ride into Liverpool city is only 5pounds. All in all a fantastic hotel. We will be back.

Me and my partner recently stayed at the Titanic hotel celebrating our anniversary. We were greeted by very a friendly man who worked for concierge and were made to feel as though nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We stayed in a superior dockside room which was fantastic; 5* facilities, extremely clean and massive! A three course dinner and breakfast was included in the deal we payed for and the food was brilliant. Fab quality and well cooked. Again the restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient. The spa in the basement of the hotel is fantastic and I would definitely recommend using it during your stay. When it came to checkout we enquired about the possibility of checking out later and although they were very busy reception staff let us checkout an hour later. Although this depends on the day and they may not necessarily be able to do this all the time, they did what they could at the time to meet our needs. When we got home I realised I had left behind a very valuable and personal belonging. I rang the hotel immediately and spoke to a very friendly lady who explained as soon as the housekeeping manager was in the next day, she would be in touch to let me know if it had been found. Housekeeping had found it and put it in a secure room. The lady I spoke to packaged it up and sent it out to me with the post that day. I would highly recommend staying at the Titanic. Beautiful hotel, fab food and drinks and lovely, trustworthy staff which, if you do what I did and forget something important is obviously excellent to know! A luxury hotel for a reasonable price!

A wonderful conversion of an old rum warehouse with some great features. We were upgraded to a superior room which was enormous and overlooked Stanley Dock and across to the old Tabacco Warehouse which is also currently undergoing renovation into apartments, bars and restaurants. The hotel was ideally located for our early ferry to Dublin, about a 15 minute drive. Food in the restaurant was good, served by friendly, attentive staff. The outside area, again overlooking Stanley Dock is a nice spot to have a pre dinner drink. Would definitely stay again.
