Our room was tidy but old and a musty damp smell .old sash window which rattled in the wind .the noise from outside kept me awake all night due to no double glazing and poor quality window .on the plus side the food was really nice

Booked for one night initially then decided to stay for a second night. The welcome from the staff was most friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy with the usual facilities. Was very impressed with the breakfast , it consisted of a full English plus a range of meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit etc from a buffet. Location was perfect for...

Booked a Sunday night as a birthday treat......incredibly good value. The St Thomas Hotel was a former Bank and also one of the meeting points for late 19th Century and Early 20th century trade union activists. On the walls are some great tapestries depicting some of the important figures in international socialism and the movement. The hotel was brilliant and...

Had room 102 which was designed for disabled guests. We are not disabled! The room was lovely and clean,The bathroom had a bath no shower which I think people who have mobility problems would find it unsuitable. It was a twin bedded room and my daughter felt her bed move when heavy traffic went past. I had no problems sleeping,perhaps...

We decided to visit our daughter in liverpool and we stayed at this hotel thurs & fri night. Our room was clean and comfortable and the large wall tv was a bonus. However our room was on cumberland st, and the next building wasn't too far away, which meant our room was a bit shaded.👎Our room overlooked a nightclub/bar/restaurant, and...
