Stayed here for a weekend in August, friendly staff and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Liverpool. Didnt go to the resturaunt but the Castaway bar attached to the hotel had good food and drinks. Also the hotel was in between Anfield (if your an lfc fan) and Liverpool one/docks which was convenient for walking. Liverpool Lime street... More

As soon as I arrived in Liverpool from Edinburgh after 4 hours of travel via train, I checked-in to the Liner Hotel. The Liner Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street train station, this modern oceanliner-themed hotel is also a 6-minute walk from the Walker Art Gallery. Vibrant rooms incorporate nautical motifs and come with marbled bathrooms,... More

I chose this hotel mainly because of the location- I was working at St George's Hall nearby and needed somewhere that would allow me to get there early in the morning without much difficulty. For this, the hotel is excellent - really centrally located (maybe 2 minutes walk from Liverpool Lime St Station) and easy to find. The free parking... More

I had booked this stay for a wedding at the hotel. Unfortunately having booked via low cost holidays who went bust the week before my trip the reservation had been unknowingly cancelled. The staff were able to find another room and worked to help me with my claim against low cost. The stay was great although we did find the... More

Ruined 25th anniversary present!!This promised so much but delivered so little!! The only real bonus was free parking! But what a price we paid!!! The rooms very nicely decorated were far too HOT!!! A fan as in previous complaints/reviews circulates hot air. These poor reviews date back over a year & still nothing has been done. The function rooms are... More

The hotel was clean, comfortable, centrally located and quaint. The staff were friendly and eager to please. Hotel is close to the train station which is convenient for traveling to and from the hotel. Downside to this is that it can be a bit noisy. Tea and coffee facilities and mini bar in room. Good variety for breakfast.

We stayed at the Liner Hotel for a short weekend city break. We were happy with the room, it was of a reasonable size and well appointed. Our room overlooked Lime Street station, although we did not find the noise disruptive. We had the buffet breakfast which had a nice selection of food available. Reception were helpful.
