Stayed Sunday 26th march put our stuff in a great room overlooking the dock. Headed for the bar and sat in the secluded beer garden overlooking the dock and watched the sun go down. Clean great location costs a fiver to get into the heart of town by taxi. Would I recommend this place in Liverpool for a weekend break?...

This is a comfortable, well-equpped hotel near to the docks, with a relaxing bar. The room was very clean and even the cheapest rooms have both a shower and bath. Staff could be a little bit friendlier though.

We enjoyed our time at the campanile It was a handy base to visit the docklands and the city attractions. The staff were friendly and the facilities were always clean if basic. The hotel offered value for money

This hotel was recommended by girls at work. For 3 nights (Fri-Sun) it was £220. 10 minutes walk to Albert dock which contains Beatles museum and pick point for magical mystery tour & city explorer. Rooms were clean - not fancy but for price and location wise we would return. If you love music - head up to Cavern.

I have stayed at the Campanile Hotel Liverpool on two separate occasions this week. On arrival for both visits I found the male staff very unfriendly and received quite a frosty welcome. Customer service is obviously not a top priority. Despite having booked through a company hotel booking facility and receiving confirmation of payment of both bookings, payment was requested...

The Campanile is a good base if staying in Liverpool on a budget. The rooms are clean and comfortable if a bit basic but more than adequate especially considering the price you pay. The Restaurant/Bar area is very pleasant and again comfortable with food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Close to The Echo Arena, Albert Dock and Liverpool 1,...

If you paid over £100 a night here you would think it was I but overpriced but I always stay during the week when it costs about£40 per night At that price it is wonderful value It is comfortable and spotless albeit a bit dated The staff and bar area are great and free parking !

I'd stayed here before but this time had to pay £119 as opposed to £60 previously due to the lack of alternatives in town, maybe because of Comic Con? For this reason, we paid top dollar for what is still a vey basic, budget hotel. The staff were all very helpful and the breakfast (not included on the room cost)...

A friend booked 12 of us in for a 50th birthday get together. At £250 a room for the weekend I thought it a little expensive but assumed it must be a decent place so why not spoil ourselves! Well it isn't at all decent, it's run on a shoestring with barely enough staff to run a guesthouse, the rooms...
