We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my mum’s birthday. We arrived before check in time. The room was ready and we were allowed to check in early. The reception staff were very helpful and explained everything in a clear and friendly manner. There were plenty of sanitising stations throughout the reception area and signs requesting that masks were worn. The room had a sticker placed on the door indicating that it had been sanitised. The main bed in the room was really comfortable with plenty of pillows however the bed settee was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on! The mattress is really thin and you can feel the metal bars of the bed frame through the mattress. Breakfast was grab and go and was included in the price of the room. Many hotels are still not doing breakfast so this was a pleasant surprise. Bacon or sausage baps individually wrapped, cereal, croissants, bananas and oranges with brown paper bags to put it all in and carry back to your room. Apart from the bed setter, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

I escaped here to have a bit of me time away from work and as it was my 50th I decided to go to somewhere I'd never been before... Hence why I ended up here! From check in to departure the service was brilliant and the staff first class. The room was good and a very comfy bed. Very close to Albert Docks. Breakfast was adequate for myself but maybe something like an egg would go well for non-meat eaters Very good Covid-19 precautions in place including sealed rooms after cleaning, hand sanitisers around the hotel and a face mask policy with the exception of one that I'd have liked to have seen which was a sign on the lifts to state only one family group or single occupancy at a time. I had to leave the lifts or not enter a lift a few times when other people got in with me. Hard to control but without any signage I wasn't able to ask them not to get in.

Dear Chris_Lowe_13 , Many thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback from your recent stay at the Hampton By Hilton Liverpool. Its fantastic to see you chose to stay with us on your special occasion! , I could not be happier to see you had a good experience with the staff , your room and location. Your comments regarding breakfast have been noted and will be reviewed further as we are constantly making changes to the breakfast in this difficult situation. In regards to the lift I do apologise regarding the situation you occurred. On the ground floor we do have signs advising guest's of 1 house hold per lift and along with that we do have a pop up stand , we will review this again and see if we can make any changes to avoid this happening again. Once again thank you for all your feedback and I do very much hope we can welcome you back again. Kind Regards Bethany

Went to Liverpool bank holiday for a few nights to get awayfrom working constantly since the virus struck. I managed to get two rooms. On arrival we parked the car and went to reception knowing we were early for the book in time but to let them know we had parked the car in the underground car park. The stadd took our details and were very proffesional and polite and even offered to allow us to register. We came back after 3pm to collect our keys and put our luggage in the rooms and freshen up. The room I had was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable i drifted off after a long drive from kent. After and evening out we arrived back at the hotel and were greated by the reception staff and after a drink at the bar retired to bed . next morning i woke after a really good sleep and went down doe breakfast. The breakfast was included in the price. The stay was really good the hotel perfect and clean and the staff so helpful. I would highly recomend this hotel.

Stayed for two nights ,my room was exceptionally comfortable, comfy bed ,soft pillows, fantastic shower, very quiet. What more could you want ......a decent breakfast !!! For once I was pleased to be Coeliac,I was given fresh toast and lots of bacon,My companions had to make do with the filled baps ,that looked very uninviting ,a sice of cold bacon or a sausage all in a bag ! Other delights on offer ,cereal in a pot ,croissants, bananas and satsumas.Come on could you not do better than that and maybe provide individual cheese packs ,hard boiled eggs and maybe some muffins or wrapped breakfast bars .So glad i didnt have my Grandchildren with me
