Nice flats but book direct as you can save £100s. I saw these on a large booking website but it was really expensive. I had a look and found their L3 living website and for the same room it was over £250 cheaper. We stopped in the penthouse for a lads weekend and after reading the previous reviews I was... More

The apartment I was in was great! Clean and spacious. Probably the best view of Liverpool you can imagine. The liver building was only a stones throw away. Never going back to hotels. The Albert Dock was just a 2 minute walk away as well. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Liverpool.

We stayed here recently and actually found the lady who showed us round very pleasant. The taxi's did know where we were staying you just had to say the Malmaison Hotel on Jessop's way as that is the nearest drop off point. Overall the apartment was luxury and was lovely but would agree with other reviews that things like furniture... More

The staff were awful , the price was far too much , the door person refused us entry for half an hour whilst wewere outside in the cold would not reconmend this company to anyone, after the stay they also dipped into my account with out telling me and took 2 further payments of charger both in excess of £100

Thought i had booked a luxury apartment for the weekend.on arrival phoned 3 times and got an answer machine. Was left outside in the rain trying to make contact when another guest let me in the lobby. Then somewhat hap hazardly staff arrived from L3 living. Had tried before arrival to contact L3 by email to see what upgrade options... More

First of all I don't think €1500 was a fair price to stay here. When we arrived we were left waiting outside in the rain for 30mins. We had to be let in be others that were staying in the same apartment block. Then when we finally got to speak with someone the girl was so rude no social skills... More

Stayed here for a weekend in December for some shopping and visiting the Tate with the girlfriend. I was very impressed! Booked late but the price was cheaper than many of the big hotels nearby! The apartment was a junior suite, and was spotless as well as being very nicely decorated. I could easily live there. The apartments are above... More

Big living room and kitchenette. Spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Comfortable single bedroom with large bathroom/toilet across the hall. View over the Princes Dock and the Mersey was wonderful - we were on the 10th floor Unbelievable value - £95 for the night for three of us.
