Booked this hotel with my friend for a night over our graduation weekend and was very disappointed. First of all, when we arrived there was nobody on reception to meet or greet us, after we had waited for 10/15 minutes a woman appeared with no apology for our wait. She then handed us our room key and told us the... More

My husband booked this stay for our anniversary. The room was advertised as windowless but the photos looked quite promising. On arrival the staff on reception were friendly and welcoming. However, the room was entirely disappointing. It was tiny and there was hardly any room to move. One side of the bed was set against the wall which meant one... More

Booked this hotel quite last minute for my graduation just for the one night, we were given a basement twin room which literally was tiny but very clean, but had no window, we weren't too happy as the pictures didn't look anything like this room and we weren't really happy with it. Also the tv wouldn't work so I kindly... More

Me and my girlfriend recently stayed over for a night. We didnt have any problems from the moment we got there.. the room we stayed in was small but ideal for ourselves. It was bright and clean. The staff were friendly and were more than happy to help. Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend it to anybody... More

Stayed at this hotel on the 9th July 2016 and it was a little gem. It was a 3pm check in but we could leave our bags. The room was small but cosy with air con and the bathroom was a great size and very modern. We had a room with no window which was abit odd but i didnt... More

I have just returned from a hen weekend during which we stayed at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the reception/bar and rooms initially seemed nice. We were given a pod, which actually turned out to be a room in the basement with no window, it was hot and smelled of damp, but was reasonably clean. The bar is... More

I booked a basement pod room(no windows) on short notice for a Friday night. Although tiny the room was clean, comfortable and more than adequate for a one night stay. I left too early for breakfast so do not know how good it is.

I stayed in this hotel on Thursday 23rd June for one night due to attending a meeting in Concert Square. The hotel is a nice modern one in the city centre area close to the Liverpool Lime Street train station and the nightlife of Liverpool, staff are welcoming as soon as you walk through the door, the lobby area has... Having read all of the reviews we decieded to book the hotel with no major expectations. We paid £98 for 2 nights for 2 people. The price was very good so we didnt expect much. To our surprise the hotel was ok. Located in the city centre. Close to shopping street and many tourists attractions. Do not expect any warm... More
