Christ its grim. Id say Isis keep hostages in better conditions. All that was missing was being handcuffed to a radiator. Went down for breakfast, no knives, spoons and no juice! Welcome to hatters hostel, twinned with Hell. Nice cat tho
Good things: The mattress and duvet were high quality, the sheets very clean and the curtains were blackout. The room was warm, the shower was hot and fairly powerful and the staff were friendly to us. Location is excellent.

This is a good base for people wanting to enjoy Liverpool and its night life. The rooms are smallish and fairly clean. It is pretty close to the city centre - about a 10 minute walk. It is good value for what it is.
The location is great. Our room smelt of mould due to rotting window frame - but after leaving the windows open for a few hours the smell went. The bathroom door nearly knocks out anyone on the loo. I haven't seen a tv that small...More
Look it's not a hotel, it's a "Aarghh what now" solution when stranded.
As such more than adequate.
Dormitory beds. Clean linen. Shower. Quietish. Friendly polite staff. Enough when lost and needing a solution.
