Not a smile when we arrived from the staff. The room whe got had a raditor whizzed and we requested a new room, which we got. The rooms where not clean (only shower, toilet seemed to be clean, not windows or floor) and everything is worn down. They have tried to paint over spots to let it seem new, but...

Despite the reception of the hostel being well-presented, the receptionists we dealt with over the duration of our stay were extremely rude and very unhelpful from the moment we arrived. When we entered our dorm, we found the room in a run-down state – far from the clean, fresh, pleasant rooms shown in your photos on the website. There were...

Initially, this hostel had it all. Lovely lobby, promising bar, lots of fliers and information on things to do in Liverpool, hostel events. My friends and I thought we were onto an absolute winner! The room was however - disgusting. We paid for a four bed private room and what we got resembled that of a prison cell. Having stayed...

For a small budget (44 euros) it's a good place but still it's quite not clean. The floor in the bathroom was a bit disgusting, the bed was not very clean. The breakfast not of a good quality - it's better to get something in the city center. The ladies at the reception were not very welcoming.

We paid £98 each for two nights bed and breakfast,ok £49 each per night, A noisy riotous hostel, people drinking at breakfast time, fighting inthe middle of the night, poor breakfast, And a toaster that should not have been there,a house hold toaster with numerous connections and extension leads ,tripping out when it was switched on,there were two of these. The bed was...

I've been travelling around Europe and I've stayed in different hostels. But in this case, it wasn't what I'd imagine. The rooms where a bit small and the bunk beds are too low. When I came in the room, the heat was on, and It was too high, so when the other people arrived, the whole room was with heavy...

From the reception area and outside our room really wasn't what we expected but not in a good way! Upon entering the room we were met with an overwhelming stench of blocked drains which lingered for the duration of our stay. It was only then that we became grateful for the window that didn't close. There was a pool of...

I stayed in a double room at the hostel in February. For a night or two it is perfectly adequate and at the time it was slightly cheaper than staying at the Premier Inn nearby. I had my own bathroom with a shower. There were two large bath towels. The room had a TV, a desk with a chair, and...

For the price, this place is fine. The location is good for walking to attractions in the city, but it is a little sketchy in some places. The rooms are pretty crowded and the lockers are very small for a hostel (can't fit a backpack, only valuables). Thankfully nothing was stolen, but definitely be warned about that. The staff were...

There was stuff left behind from guests that I had to bring to their attention. The room was old and not really comfortable (the less i drank the worst i slept) The room...
