Nestled in the heart of the city, Easyhotel Liverpool City Centre garners praise for its prime location near iconic attractions like The Cavern Club, making it a hit with Beatles enthusiasts and those keen on exploring the city's offerings. Guests have lauded the cleanliness of both rooms and communal areas, ensuring a tidy stay. While the staff often receives compliments for their cordial service, some have experienced less-than-stellar interactions.
The hotel's minimalistic approach to amenities and additional fees for extras have received mixed reviews, with smaller-than-expected rooms noted for their cleanliness. Despite these critiques, the central location and overall cleanliness contribute to a comfortable, albeit cozy, stay for budget-conscious travelers.

Detailed Reviews
We were attendin a NYE event at The Bentley Livverpool, in Brun Plswick St so this was very handy to walk to it. Being New Year's Eve obviously the prices were sky high in the city so it cos us about £120 for a room with a window and a walk in shower room. There is a coffee machine on the first floor at reception .
Coffee and hot chocolate available from £1 to about £2 which was very welcome in the morning . We opted for late check out at £10 extra but surprisingly we were up showered and out by 10.30 ! There are plenty of restaurants and bars to get breakfast and a handySainsbury express opposite. This is a basic citycentre hotel designed for tourists, it is clean , no frills but with a really good shower and the reception staff were friendly and professional.

The rooms are small but perfectly formed and equipped. Most importantly they are super clean. What I liked most of all was the friendliness of the staff. Some may say room not big enough to swing a cat but hey I don't do on cat swinging trips so for value for money, cleanliness, centralised location and of course staffing this one is hard to beat.

We stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend. From start to finish such a lovely stay for an amazing price. Hotel couldn’t be better located and all staff we encountered were amazing, big thanks to Shannon for the check in and help we required whilst staying. Room was a good size with everything we needed, we also included wifi, tv, early check in and late check out, couldn’t of been better value for money for such a city centre location! Rooms were clean and tidy, we also requested extra pillows from reception which they were more than happy to supply! Can’t wait to stay again!

For the cost per night I paid (£23 for a night with a window) you cannot complain. The location is perfect and for the money the room is great. It is small and the wall to the bathroom thin but for the cost, ideal! If the price was higher I would choose a different hotel which has some of the paid for extras included (tv/WiFi/larger room).

The rooms are a bit smaller than I'm used to, but I think this is more than made up by the amazing staff team.
I made the mistake of ordering a no window room (quite small) but they let me change to a windowed room, which was much bigger. So I recommend everyone order a window room. The staff helped me bring my bags up, were very friendly, and a credit to this hotel.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a budget hotel, as this place is much nicer that most hotels that are even double the price.
I can walk to a train station in less than a minute, and there are 2 of liverpools major roads right on the doorstep.
Thank you EasyHotel for a fantastic stay :))

Got a reduced rate of £26 which meant the value was second to none and any criticism seems churlish. At full price, the nearby Z hotel has better facilities for about the same cost. The room was perfectly adequate for one person to sleep for the night (which was all I needed) and the bed relatively comfortable. However, it was frustratingly designed and laid out with two much space in the bathroom at the expense of the room so that it was difficult to get round the bed. Also, because there was so little space, the room would have benefitted enormously - and for minimal extra expense - by more hooks. The existing overly elaborate unit provided only two hangers. It would also have been nice to have somewhere to stash luggage which again could have been fairly cheaply included.
Staff were super-friendly and efficient.
Location excellent.

I stayed here with my brother, we had no windows in our tiny room, we had to share the duvet, and the bathroom behind a glass door was not properly cleaned. If we wanted to check in 40 minutes before regular check in, we had to pay 10£, even if the room was ready. We therefore asked if we could leave our bags and go about until check in, and that we could - but we had to pay 5£ if we chose to do so. The location of the hotel was excellent but the service and additional fees was not.

Dear Tony, Thank you for choosing to stay with easyHotel Liverpool and for taking the time to leave feedback from your stay. I would like to apologise that we did not meet your expectations during your visit and I will be sharing this feedback with team as to improve our service and product. We are a super budget hotel chain and to get the best location at the best price we have to maximize our rooms. We are the place to drop your bags and off you go to explore Liverpool and what it has to offer day and night. You create the room package to meet your needs and add-ons what you want for an additional fee. We are sorry that we did fall short on this occasion and we hope we can welcome you back again to provide a better stay next time. Kind Regards, easyHotel Liverpool

Although the Location and cleanliness was very good for the price the room was way too small there was no window and was very cramped. There was no where to leave your suitcase so we had to put it in the tiny hallway which then made me fall over in the night going to the toilet. The tv wasn’t free and neither was the wifi making our stay feel like we were in prison.

Small rooms but that's what you sign up for here, hence the cheap rooms. We didn't like the original room as we had to get the lift to 3rd floor and then walk down one set of stairs to get to a door stationed in the stairway, it's inconvenient when you have a suitcase. Plus you could hear the lift moving up and down in the wall right behind the bed. We was told the room is bigger than most, but I personally felt like it wasnt. We requested a different room, they completely understood and kindly gave us a room that we preferred. Ran out of tissue as we was there 4 days and they gave us more. Shower was a good temperature. We wanted to refill our water bottles from a machine as we don't trust bathroom water, unfortunately they didn't have the machine in reception as they were waiting on the new machine, but offered to fill them up in the staff area. Aircon is a lifesaver, works amazing. Free use of TV. Suggestions: The peep hole on our door didn't have a cover, stuffed it with tissue. The shelf in the bathroom is too close to the sink, might hit head when wahsing face and difficult to spit toothpaste nearer the drain so water can wash it away. Soap holder in shower was loose and hard to get soap out, but we brought our own stuff anyway. When getting on bed from the bottom it makes a concerning noise but it might be how it's lifted. Peddle bin in bathroom was broken, lid was off. Sink had dirt on the outside on the right side. White towels and bedding aren't ideal get dirty quickly, or incase of period accidents. We brought our own towel to use anyway. It was a great stay, very helpful and friendly staff. No issues just suggestions. Thank you! Will use easyhotel again.

We had our booking with easy hotel but were unable to attend due to Covid restrictions, the city was put into tier 3. The hotel have refused to refund the money even though this was entirely out of our hands. Their t&cs state 24 hours prior to the booking it can be cancelled with no charge. The restrictions we announced within this 24 hours period and therefore there was hope we could still attend our nye night as planned. I am shocked to say the hotel couldn’t even refund part of our booking. They took the full amount for 2 rooms. Considering the coronavirus circumstances I am appalled that even a part refund couldn’t be offered. I have tried to phone the hotel on several occasions from 1st January 2021, each time being promised a call back from the manager and still awaiting this call.

Yes at least in the Double Bed rooms they have both plugs and USB sockets on each side of the bed!
I don’t think anything there is secure do yourself a favour a book elsewhere!
I don't think so. Pretty sure all hotels require at least one person over 18 to be in the room.
