Do not even think of staying here. Spend your money somewhere else. Didn't even get to the room as the attitude of the male reception staff was unbelievable. Proper quiff with an attitude. The idiot couldn't work out how to take a payment, ended up taking the same payment about 3 times out of our account then claimed it hadn't taken. Think he was stoned. They have gardening leave for a reason Easyhotel, if this guy was working his notice?! Left and booked somewhere else. I'd sort that guy out if I was you Easyhotel, if you haven't already, as he will lose you a lot of business.

Dear FredfunF, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback from your recent stay with us. We are disappointed to read of your experience with us today, this is not our usual high standard of customer service here at easyHotel Liverpool. Considering your review is strongly worded, we are surprised that you did not write this review shortly after your stay and instead, chose to write it 5 months later when it is too late to investigate the issues claimed. However, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. We hope we have the pleasure of welcoming you back with us in the near future to meet our new team. Kind Regards easyHotel Liverpool

I know the receptionist said it was basic but that was an understatement had to dress and undress in the door way no space whatsoever. I have stayed in 7 other hotels in August and every one was great which I booked through booking dot com. I will not recommend the hotel to anyone and never stay in easy hotels again.

Very small rooms but for the £22 price tag it couldn’t be faulted. Clean room, comfy bed and air con that worked along with welcoming staff too. Nice and quiet too, didn’t hear a peep from anyone else.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were so friendly and chatty. The beds were the only let down to this hotel but at the end of the day it was a budget hotel and we were only sleeping here. The hotel was very clean, we were happy we booked a room with a window as the room would have been tiny with little lighting without. We really enjoyed our stay, and thank you to the staff we were able to travel to Anfield by bus without stressing about parking and getting there. Parking was about a 5min walk but easy to get to.

The room had a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for my stay as I loved the cavern and it is less than a 5 minute walk away and also most of the museums were about a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely be back soon
