I have just come back from staying in Maud, 3B, and I thought it was good value for money, safe, secure and clean and comfortable. I liked the complete freedom to do my own thing at my times and when I emailed Andrew with queries he answered promptly. The place is a former stables with some features of that time... More

Tennyson court is ok if you just want somewhere to put your head down. Lots of space but nothing luxurious. Very poor shower and noisy bed. My other half booked this from the pics of main apt not realising the apartments were different. This was his fault but as it was a Christmas present and a trip away without our... More

I love staying in this place, I stay away during the working week and this place gives me the independence a hotel just cant in terms of providing those personal creature comforts and the ability to eat out or cook. Set in a quiet secure location its a few minutes walk from many of Lincoln's bar and restaurants.

We stayed in 'Maud', a self-catering cottage in Tennyson Court. It was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. 15-20 minutes walk to Lincoln centre and sites (also bus stop nearby) made it an excellent base for us to see the attractive and friendly city. The Cathedral and the Castle are well worth visiting and the museum of Lincolnshire Life is eccentric but... More

It was a cozy apartment and very comfortable. It had privet off toad parking and everything you needed and the free wifi was a bonus. The local fish and chip shop was very good and it had a corner shop near by

Spent one night here, as we were visiting our son who is at Lincoln University. We chose this place by the reviews and pictures but it was not what it seems. We stayed in 3D and when we opened the door it was very dark. The bedroom was down stairs which was very dark, hardly any light, next to the... More

Great little self-catering cottage, In enclosed sunny courtyard with free secure parking. On the small side but with all you need. Our cottage had a wet room. Very convenient for the city centre with its great attractions (Catherdral, Castle, museums) and shops both small crafty/vintage ones in Steep Hill and also large shopping centre with usual brand names. Lots of... More

Set in a Private Courtyard in a quiet yet easily accessible area of Lincoln the two bedroom accommodation is somewhat ideally placed for Lincoln visitors. We stayed over two nights for a Wedding, having travelled from Ireland. Its well appointed and relatively comfortable but if your mobility is affected then Apartment 3 (Maud) is not for you. Stairs that were... More

I have returned from a stay here a day early and this is why. I booked self catering in cottage C. It was adequate- small, basic and dark. There are good points - free wifi, secure parking, dishwasher and safe. There are bad points - the wet room which means every shower soaks the entire room, which is internal and... More
