Stayed for a weekend what a lovely find under new management could not fault anything.Nothing too much for the new owner Linda who welcomed us on arrival like we were family. The spacious rooms were spotless and fresh. The facilities for self catering were amazing everything supplied and catered for. Location is ideal for the seafront, trams, Pleasure Beach ,Pubs galore showing Blackpool at its best.We stayed out of season but found more than enough to do . We look forward to our next visit so glad we found this place .
Lovely place to stay. Me, my husband, our 2 children and my mum found it very clean and tidy and I have OCD so I am fussy. The property had everything that was needed for our stay such as facilities, utensils, pots and pans etc. The rooms feel a lot bigger then they look in the photos which was a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The heating was perfect for the time of year we visited, it was on from 7am to 10pm which was just right, however the owner did say if we were cold at any point just to let them know as they would adjust it for us. The owners were very nice and polite as you can see from the heating bit. They were also so helpful in telling us where everything we may need was around the area such as parking, shops, dinning places, sight seeing, etc. The gentleman pete even offered to help us in with our luggage and said if there was anything we needed just to call and they would help in anyway they could. Overall lovely place, lovely people, would definitely stay there again ourselves and definitely recommend to others. Thank you for a lovely stay! :-)…
Great apartment in an ideal location for our family holiday. We were welcomed in and shown around by Pete who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was really spacious and very comfortable with everything we needed. Located near to the Waterpark, South Pier and Pleasure Beach so there was always something to do nearby. The kids loved being so close to the beach and there was a great fish and chip shop on the corner as well as a Wetherspoons at the end of the road.
Don't bother ringing these unfriendly people they state 6 people on the website can be accommodated yet when I said I was a family with 2 adults four children he refused and I asked why he said children disturb the guests below I was absolutley shocked and let me tell you my kids are well behaved thanks and I have never had a problem anyway but this place clearly doesn't want family customers as also seen on another review I just read and he also just laughed when I asked can I ask why you don't want 4 children he said it disturbs the guests well you won't stay in business with that attitude as reviews speak volumes and from the sounds of other reviews I had a lucky escape thank goodness. Keep your room and conduct a better manner for new customers
Cleveland Court is well situated at the south end of Blackpool. It is just a short walk from the Sandcastle water park, Pleasure Beach, South pier and the bus and tram stops. The hosts, Pete and Michelle are really friendly and will do anything they can to help. Any problems are rectified quickly and efficiently. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is free wifi and a good sized smart TV with iplayer and basic recording facilities from freeview. We stayed as a family of 3 in apartment 2 which is on the first floor. The rooms are of a good size and furnished to a standard expected in this type of accommodation. The apartment had 2 bedrooms with a double bed and bunk beds in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. The living room also has a fold out bed sette so the apartment would accommodate more people but we like to spread out a bit!…
