Stayed here for a weekend during half term with the children. The rooms are very clean and adequate. Christine was a very friendly host. We all found the breakfast exceptional. There is also wifi available which is useful. Very reasonably priced and if we will look to stay here on our next visit to Blackpool.

Cheap and not cheerful is all I can say about this hotel. Steps up to the room were like the “North Face”. We stayed in what I imagine to be the tiniest room in Blackpool but it was clean. The bed was a very small Queen size and not that comfy. Bathroom was shared and across the landing. No hot...

Stayed here as a last minute night away..hotel nice and clean. .excellent location..the thing that makes it are the owners Jimmy and his wife cannot do enough to make sure all is ok for you..nothing is to much trouble for them..the best was the very unexpected card and flowers they gave myself and husband at breakfast for our wedding anniversary....

We were met by Chris who was very friendly and welcoming, we had a six month baby with us which the owners knew about when I booked the stay. Was put in a tiny room for two adults...

A group of 7 of us stayed in the Seaton on a trip to Blackpool for one of our birthdays. We were made very welcome on arrival and the communication between the owners and ourselves before we arrived was great. We had a great nights sleep and the breakfast in the morning was good too. Location is good too, a...

We stopped here as a last minute booking with a group of friends. We got a room with 4 single beds and a bathroom. It was very clean and well looked after. The hosts couldn't have been more welcoming, they have a bar inside and served a good breakfast. They gave us advice on places to go and booked a...

Recommended The Seaton by friends and we were not disappointed. The new owners make you feel so at home and it makes such a refreshing change to be able to have your breakfast at a time you want and not be told when, and what a breakfast it is!! Yes it is your typical Blackpool B&B decor wise but the...

The Seaton is a traditional seaside guest house - one of a vanishing breed, sadly. It is small, family run and well looked after; its proprietors Rose & Alan are friendly, helpful and obliging. For the first time visitor to Blackpool its location is ideal. The Tower and piers are only a ten minute walk away; The Pleasure Beach is...
