My partner, 2 boys and mum stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting family in Lytham St Annes. Booked this b&b on the recommendations off of trip advisor. Andy was very accommodating, we was able to leave our bags before and after check in/out. The room (no7) was very clean and spacious, and a lovely bathroom. My mums room (no6)... More

Me, hubby and two 14yr olds....in need of a place near the pleasure beach...this is perfect. It's a work in progress....a labour of love, the owner Andy is friendly, helpful and a great cook. Good breakfast, even did vegan sausahes.... We had a family room, plenty of space, clean, comfy beds, large shower.....only one tiny issue, squeaky bunk beds. ...luckily... More

We stayed here recently in the family room. Lovely warm welcome when we arrived. Room was big and very comfortable. The family room is on the top floor of the hotel but it is very comfortable with lovely seaview. Breakfast was delicious on both mornings. Andy was so nice and is a credit to the hotel. Thank you for a... More

Great place to stay! Really enjoyed my stay with the family over bank holiday Monday. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the breakfast was spot on. Would definitely stay again the next time we're in Blackpool.

A return visit to Blackpool after some 20 years - I was not disappointed. Lovely hotel in a great location to explore all places of interest. I had a beautiful, spotlessly clean room, on the front with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was delicious and the manager was very friendly and welcoming.

I'll admit to being slightly concerned by the exterior (the hotel was booked by another member of our party) however my mind was completely changed once we saw our room. The host, Andy, was very welcoming and, although there is some refurbishment works to be done, the bedroom/bathroom and breakfast room were lovely. We stayed in a family room (4... More

Very friendly, helpful staff. The beds are super comfy which makes for a perfect nights sleep! Andy is lovely, nothing would be too much and he's a really friendly guy! He is updating and making improvements to the all rooms! All though the hotel was full, we didn't hear any noise during the night or otherwise! Cannot fault the place... More
