Thank you for your comments. On your arrival i did explain that the guest's in the twin room had decided to extend their stay with us, and moved you into our family room. Whilst having long conversations with you both at breakfast you did not bring any of these issues to my attention, if you had i could have rectified them. The central heating was on which you said, you could have turned the radiator up my adjusting the dial making the room warmer. The mattress is thick and not worn has you have said has is the quilt. The shower does have pressure and is checked every day when the room is serviced, admittedly it is not an up to date high pressure shower. Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9 am daily and has been for the last 10 years. We are not a large hotel where you have a choice of menu from breakfast. The cereals are decanted into jars for storage at breakfast, the jars and washed and the cereals replaced daily if they were stale we would have noticed this. Check out is 10am this enables us to make sure the rooms are ready for 2pm when guests can check in, this is not an unreasonable time. WIFI is available had you had asked you would have been given the log in code to connect you.
