Lionel was so helpful and welcoming, genuine nice hosts and good value too! The Hotel was very clean and the fantastic Breakfasts were to your liking by ordering the night before, the Hotel is in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the Tower and plenty of food outlets. Myself and my partner have just stayed here for 3 nights again,after staying here in March. Lionel and Sara do a great job and are both friendly and welcoming,we stayed in room 10 and had a double bed and 2 single beds in the room,the room has a tv,kettle with tea coffee and chocolate and also a hairdryer.The heating was...

Lionel and Sara, the owners, were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Our room was small but comfy and equipped with everything we needed. We would definately recommend a stay at Lynbar guest house. Group of us stayed from 21st July for 3 nights for the darts. We received a warm welcome from Lionel on arrival, from then onwards nothing was too much trouble. Home from home. Our rooms were immaculately clean and breakfast was cooked to perfection by Sara. Plenty to choose from....

First stay of many at the Lynbar guest house excellent service. Lionel and Sara are lovely. Great place so clean and organised. Breakfast was fab very sad leaving. Excellent location round the corner from coral island, down the street from the coach station

Brilliant hosts, brilliant breakfast and brilliant rooms. Couldn't fault anything. Always our 1st choice when we come to Blackpool. Lionel and Sara can't do enough for you. Everything is very clean, great comfy beds and good sized en suites. Everything you could need and all attractions are within walking distance! Kimberley, Charlie & Family

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a group of six. Excellent service. Breakfast is of a very high standard. Excellent location for getting ming monged which is part of the traditionwhen visiting this fine Lancashire town! Will defo recommend this b and b to anyone

First time staying at the lynbar b&b,well first since Lionel and Sara became proprietors and they have owned for 16 year's, liked it that much I booked for September, rooms very clean and tidy, and what sold it for me was the breakfast ,breakfast was brilliant would recommend this place as being the biz.
