A typical Blackpool Bed and Breakfast and not the usual 5 Star Ritz Hotel that everyone seems to expect when going to these establishments by reading a few of the reviews about this place. The place was clean and tidy and breakfast was the norm, plenty of toast / hot beverages / selection of cereals / fruit / yoghurts etc... More

Easy to book. Offered parking. Good booking in/out times. Our journey took a very long time and we were going to arrive very late. Phoned hotel to advise and was told her daughter would be there for us. On arrival was told where car park was (round the back) and she'd take the keys off me when I got back!!... More

Our website clearly states car keys must be left upon check in. Cars parked to the rear block other guests in and in case of emergency we sometimes have to move cars. Keys are locked in the safe, if necessary we would have asked you personally to move it if you were unhappy.Fortunately next door's car park was empty and... More

Stayed here with a few of my friends for a dancing comp. Lovely inside the hotel lobby and the dining area, the breakfast was really nice and being a vegetarian is harder to get breakfasts but they catered for me very well. The outside just looks like a typical Blackpool hotel so couldn't say anything about that but the rooms... More

I booked for one night here and couldn't actually bring myself to stay. The towels were dirty and didn't look like they had been washed at all. The bath mat has fresh looking blood on it. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked. The room was smelly (smoke) and everything seemed unclean. I didn't even want to look in... More

Having stayed in Blackpool a number of times in appalling b&b's it was nice to finally find one with standards. When we arrived we were greeted by a young girl who showed us where to park and gave us the keys to our rooms. On entering our rooms we noticed how clean they were. Me and my husband stayed in... I never expected the ritz only paying £60 for a family room but when I found pubic hairs in the bed it kind of put me off!! Breakfast basic staff pleasant very very scruffy on looking outback, underwear strewn on windowsills, rubbish all over but then again this sums up blackpool really, only visited as our daughter wanted to see... Feedback during your stay regarding any problems regarding your room would have been more helpful and any issues would have been rectified. Unfortunately we cannot however make the property next door tidy their car park to the rear and remove dropped items of clothing. More

We stayed in room 14, which was on the upper floor, up quite a few flights of stairs, which was ok for us, but I wouldn't recommend for less able guests! Very friendly welcome, and having the bonus of a car park around the back of the B & B was great for us, as we left the car there... More
