If it wasn't for the wi-fi it would have been perfect. Attentive hosts, good breakfast included in price and free wi-fi. Only trouble was the wi-fi only worked in my room (and poorly at that) very early in the day or late at night. If I wanted to use it at other times I had to go sit on the... More

A very enjoyable stay at Ash Lodge. Very clean, nice rooms and hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming-including a sellotape repair for my son's lightsabre and accommodating a late checkout. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice and top ups no problem. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Having stayed at quite a few B&B's in Blackpool, we were put off ever coming back even though we felt we did our research. The Ash Lodge, is about a 10 min walk from Coral Island, the Tower, trams & beach. The place is comfortable and clean. An ideal base for families wanting to visit Blackers for a few days,... More

Returned for the second time to his hotel with a group of friends this time for the weekend. Margaret & Mary were great hosts as ever and nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable & clean and spacious. The breakfasts are outstanding and all freshly prepared. It is easy to spot when someone has pride in what... More

You wont be disappointed staying at Ash Lodge with Mary And Margaret, its like staying with your two nannan's. The communal lounge is beautiful and there are plenty of period features. We were greeting with a pot of fresh coffee without charge which was nice. There is parking which in Blackpool is a premium and its only a short walk... More

Stayed here with friends in a family room last saturday for a reunion night at the Tower Ballroom. The hotel is very clean and the owners Margaret and Mary are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. This place is great, it has it all. Location is near to the centre but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of Blackpool. Great hosts who make you feel very welcome. Spotless spacious rooms and a nice fry up! Wouldnt stop anywhere else.

I was a little sceptical about booking a hotel in Blackpool after hearing horror stories from other travellers,I needn't have worried about this one! I had a single room which although not over spacious had everything in it that I needed,en-suite,clean and comfortable.Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and the hosts were very warm and welcoming.I'm going back!

Booked last minute needing to visit family at the hospital. Good location, easy to find. Friendly owners. Paid for a double room, given room 4, a family room. Double and 1 single. Lots of room, good tea tray and selection of toiletries. Everything you need. Very clean bedroom and public areas. Excellent Vegi breakfast. Would strongly recommend
