Was not welcomed by hosts first thing I saw was a blackboard saying to get rid of your own rubbish unless you paid £50 a night, the outside of the hotel looks absolutely nothing like the picture and neither did the room, it was so small the bed was a rickety old thing that squeaked everytime you moved so never... Me and my partner booked this hotel for the bank holiday weekend in May. We paid straight away in April. We got a text two days before to say it had been cancelled due to been reported for having no fire alarms. Three months later we are still waiting on a refund. Luckily booking.com are refunding us as when you... More

We booked for 3 night in this what I can only describe as a hostle. And if you dare complain you get very abusive messages from the owners and they both come up with different excuses. They have no licensed bar and don't serve cocktails as described. They don't do breakfast at all. If you need more milk sugar or... More

Great priced hotel. We never met the hosts unfortunately but they were quick to respond to our messages when we needed anything. Few things wrong with the room stained sheets and towels and also a broken toilet roll holder but for the price we paid it was not too bad :) Free wifi also! Really good location as very near... I booked this for a 4 day break with my fiance. He had just returned from sea (RN) and sails again next week. Looked ok. The last couple of reviews on here looked good and everyone can have bad days. I received an email from hotel stating that they had to cancel as the fire service stated they couldn't have... More

We stayed here because we wanted a child free experience. We also love the gay scene in Blackpool and this place stood out as being our type of friendly open place to stay. We loved our stay here and even made friends with the owners. We had leopard skin dressing gowns in our room. What more could you ask for?

Great location, I payed for the superior double room and when I arrived got shown to a very small room which you could hardly walk around, I didn't want to say anything to the owner as she didn't look happy that we was there like we had made a mistake by coming :/ but good price
