We have not stopped here before and it was a good choice of hotel. Parking is good. Well laid out inside. The spa facilities were among the best. Hot tub. Steam sauna and nice pool inside and outside. Breakfast was good. The dinner was a little over priced but enjoyable.

Myself and three friends visited the spa at the Village hotel Blackpool. We had a hot stone massage. All the staff were very professional and friendly and will definitely visit again. The whole day was great, from the spa to the treatments and to the refreshments in the bar!!!

We visited the hotel 3 years ago and loved t so chose to go back for our wedding anniversary. We had a package with 3 course meal - mediocre to unpleasant in relation to the food and the choices. Chocolate tart dessert was so bitter it was I edible. ALSO main courses do not come with sides so these have... More

We had booked one of the special spa days to celebrate my friends birthday. We were unable to check in until 3pm (which is fine as it is standard check in time). This just added to the rush as our treatments were booked for 4pm. We decided to eat in the Victory pub. Food was ok and came out pretty... More

Drive into the place was magnificent and the hotel looked stunning. Reception staff were efficient and welcoming. Room was comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee. Usual items in the room. Restaurant was ok. Bit slow but staff were attentive. Meal was ok nothing special. Breakfast however was a bit if a farce. There was a queue and... More

we stayed at the Blackpool Herons Reach, as we had tickets for a show. Three rooms were booked, and we all were very pleased with the accommodation, the food, and also helpful staff. The weather was lovely and we were able to sit overlooking the golf course with our drinks. We ate in the leisure club and we all thoroughly... More

The reception when we arrived was welcoming, polite and prompt with nothing seeming to much touble. As it was a weekend the hotel was very busy but not... More

We came for a one night getaway after the Christmas period. Hotel is modern, up to date and friendly. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We upgraded to an upper deck room for £20 after it was suggested by the receptionist. To be honest it wasn't worth the £20. The room was nice but nothing spectacular. The benefit of... More
