Come to Blackpool to see Kevin Bloody Wilson live and decided to stay here. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was a very comfy stay and close to all attraction on the North Pier. Only downside is there's not much parking for this hotel and the car parks near by charge a fortune so make sure you take... More

Stayed here as part of a quite large party. Read the previous reviews and although some were rather harsh I have to say some are very accurate. Staff are very helpful and pleasant, however the whole place needs money spending on it. , The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for sometime. The base was full... More

I read some pretty bad reviews on this hotel so was nervous what to expect. We arrived early so couldn't check which was expected we were able to leave the car in the free parking in front of the hotel for the whole trip, spaces were limited but was a nice perk. Our room (606) was at the back of... More

Stayed for 2 nights in October, only booked room only so can't comment on food , the hotel is clean but dated the bar and lounge area is large but all the seats are ripped or sagging in the middle not very comfortable, the lift is tiny if you take a suitcase you would only fit 1 person and case... I stayed in a double room and the bed was clean and comfortable. The toilet / shower was in a very tiny space and did have a strange smell to it. The lift was out of order however, I was on the first floor so that did not bother me. My card in the door worked every time but my... More

Wanting 2 days accommodation in Blackpool and as a hotel to us is somewhere to sleep were happy with £70 for 2 nights for 2 people. We got a generally clean hotel whose staff were friendly once you got to know them a small but comfortable room with a firm mattress ( good nights sleep). The bar was fine. The... More

The whole place is just dirty. The only clean thing was the kettle, I think it was new. I wouldn't stay here again, not even for free. The only plus side is the bar is open till 2am. The bathroom was tiny, if you're tall, then you're stuffed. I didn't use the shower, there's no point, you'll end up being... More

Very disappointed with the whole experience. Staff not very friendly or helpful and the whole place needs updating. Right from the beginning we did not get a friendly welcome from the reception staff. We had to wait in the bar while my husband found somewhere to park (an hour and a half later) but stood at the bar for ages... More
