The B&B is exceptionaly clean, the rooms are spacious with an excellent hospitality tray! The licenced bar is always very well stocked with a variety...

Just returned from a fabulous 3 night break. This is our second visit and will not be our last!! Di and Graham are excellent hosts and can't do enough for you. We visited as two couples and had doubles rooms, both of which were clean with modern bathrooms. The owners were a lovely couple that were knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely return to this hotel as we loved the location and hotel.

A warm welcome from the owners for everyone. Rooms are clean and look recently renovated/ decorated. Big comfy beds, great food and a reasonable priced bar. The location is walking distance to the centre. I highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Blackpool

Myself and hubby stayed last night as we attended a gig at winter gardens. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the room, location and breakfast provided. Spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly hosts. Really enjoyed our breakfast. Room was spotless. Can not believe how reasonably priced it was. Faultless. Thank you

We stayed here last night, on arrival we were cheerfully greeted by the 2 owners in the bar. The entrance, stairs and bar/dining room are a little tatty and dated but clean, once we got to our rooms we were pleasantly surprised by the clean, fresh, modern comfortable bedrooms, the bed was super comfortable!!! Breakfast was perfect! We will definitely...

Booked this hotel on internet for a 1 night stay for my birthday treat. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was how we traveled and a 10 minute walk to the North pier and Blackpool Tower. The hotel was quiet as being out of season but Graham and Diane made us feel very welcome...
