On arrival we got to check into our rooms early which was a positive. But once we entered the rooms we understood why we only paid £35 per room. There was no duvets on the beds, the room was dated, a broken mirror and the shower was broken in both rooms. When we reported the broken showers to the staff,...

Dont take any notice of the bad reviews the place offers what you pay for and more besides great place beds clean bathroom clean,Good nights sleep peaceful .Well stocked bar and friendly staff.All in all a very good stay.

Stayed here for one night in December it was lovely and warm OK the decor needs revamping maybe all it will take is carpets changing to a nice grey but hey comfy beds clean and tidy plenty of tea and coffee to have plenty of storage space for your clothes etc. Only downside to this hotel is the parking there...

Our room was small double with a frosted glass window, and non matching tiles in bathroom. Sheets were very clean but no mattress or pillow protectors, breakfast was cold each day and hotel was raided by immigration whilst we were there. Stayed in the Kensington hotel with my mother In 2 separate rooms. The decor was ok, however on the door was a broken mirror. the room we had had a broken window handle the window whistled all night. the tv in the lounge had a split screen every place you looked needed updating .there is really no plus marks for this hotel dont go threre

The food was OK the first night but got worse as week went on same thing every night was Indian Chinese and suposely English if you can call one dish of lamb potatoes and carrots for two nights running a good English meal it was buffet and was cold as there were no lids on the food
