Stayed here for one night in May, it was a bank holiday so very busy. Got our room early which was a bonus, There was a bar but not too noise. The bed gave a comfortable sleep and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment or a freshen up. Overall not too bad

We came here for 4 nights. Me, my partner & 7 year old son. When we arrived the outside of the hotel looked shut down, total mess. When we got inside the place was so old fashioned, very damp, you could see and smell it. We checked in & went to our room. We had booked sea view, which we... More

Hotel was very run down. Bar closed at 9pm on the Saturday and they were chasing us up to go out n for breakfast. Worst thing was watching the chef plate our breakfast by hand then the next thing he's out having ng a cigarette

I arrived with my partner for 1 night last Saturday as we arrived to reception we was waiting 15 minutes to be seen, took 10 minutes to get our keys and made our way to our room. We was shoved right in the far corner next to the lift. We went into our room and at first I thought it... More

Just returned from a nights stay at the Kensington hotel and must say I was really impressed. Me, my wife and my 3 children aged 1,3 and 5 had a great time. We were after a cheap and cheerful hotel and were not disappointed! The room was clean and the staff couldn't do enough. The breakfast was also delicious. There... More

We stayed here this weekend and would never, ever stay here again. From the outside it is shabby and falling down. It's filthy inside. In our room the ceiling was all stained and the wallpaper was falling off. The door handles were filthy and there were stains(of what, God only knows) running down the wallpaper and radiator. We didn't have... More

Our room was a healthy and safety nightmare (pictures to follow) Yes I did complain that it wasn't safe I was in turn told by the lady on reception that someone would come and sort our room... No one came The breakfast was terrible... More

This hotel is in a great location on front near Central pier. Limited parking at side of hotel but pay and display across the road. Bed and room was clean. Hotel needed some updating. Paint etc was bad. Has a lift. Breakfast was good. Bad in main floor and in basement. Not a bad place for the money. Would get... More
