Our room was small double with a frosted glass window, and non matching tiles in bathroom. Sheets were very clean but no mattress or pillow protectors, breakfast was cold each day and hotel was raided by immigration whilst we were there. Stayed in the Kensington hotel with my mother In 2 separate rooms. The decor was ok, however on the door was a broken mirror. I was worried about booking this hotel for 6 ladies after reading reviews, but apart from needing a bit of tlc and a bit of restoration, we had a fab time.staff were great, rooms were very clean.i wouldn't believe all the bad reviews, we were pleasantly surprised.breakfast was good and hot.The only complaint that would stop us going again would... the room we had had a broken window handle the window whistled all night. the tv in the lounge had a split screen every place you looked needed updating .there is really no plus marks for this hotel dont go threre

The food was OK the first night but got worse as week went on same thing every night was Indian Chinese and suposely English if you can call one dish of lamb potatoes and carrots for two nights running a good English meal it was buffet and was cold as there were no lids on the food

Stayed here this weekend 15/10! Absolutely brilliant! Brought my little girl who is 2 for a weekend away. Hotel was lovley staff could not do enough for us! Went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed even to the point of making us a pack up for the travel home and giving us a jug... More

It's was horrible left with a rash and feeling sick would never wish this place on anyone needs closing down fast I don't even want to rate the place as I would be lying if I give it a one not worth that. It won't let me post pictures of it
