Absolutely love this hotel, everything was perfect, right down to the personal touches of little chocolates on the bed, beautifully decorated and has to be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at in Blackpool. And I've been going to Blackpool for 18 years. The hostess definitely has the mostest, she kind caring and friendly, all round beautiful place to stay with great host. Thank you Agnes it's been a pleasure to stay with yous and we will definitely be back 😁 xxxxx

Just got back from a weekend in Blackpool and so pleased we read the reviews on here and booked Sorrento House. Couldn't have chosen anywhere better. Agnes is such a lovely lady nothing too much trouble, so friendly and helpful. I was a bit worried about going away from home during the Covid 19 outbreak but they have put every measure possible in place, masks to be worn on entering and at all times when moving around communal areas, hand sanitisers available everywhere and everything spotless we felt completely safe and comfortable. We stayed in the king room and it was beautiful, elegantly furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay and much better appointed than many large hotels I've stayed in . Only thing I would say is if you have mobility issues the bedrooms are over two floors so quite a few stairs and would be best to request a first floor room. Lastly must mention David's breakfasts which are superb all freshly cooked and lots of choice of hot food. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool now.

We go to Rebellion every year and sometimes a one off weekend too. We found the Sorrento after a dreadful experience round the corner ! anyway, last year upgraded to Superior and have booked again for 2020 and 2021 ! Everything is amazing, hosts, cleanliness, quality of food, little touches that make it perfect. Agnes and David are the best there is, see you in August :-)
