Excellent for what we wanted stayed her for new year. Close to local nightclubs and about 5-10 mins walk to promenade. Great value, comfy bed and top notch breakfast. Owners accommodating to what we needed. Would return next time I'm in blackpool

We stayed here for a gig at the Winter Gardens. Could not fault a thing. Very welcoming reception by the hosts who were fantastic. Lovely clean hotel with character. Nothing like the typical dull cheap b&b fodder you end up with in Blackpool. Very close to the train station and central Blackpool. Loved it here and will definitely be returning!

My wife and I stayed on Friday 25th November and once again a good stay. A very warm welcome was waiting, friendly and helpful. The room was warm and clean but the best part is the breakfast its first class.Fresh orange juice and a full English well cooked, tasty sausages and plenty of toast. We will defiantly come back again

Stayed here for a weekend, Leccy our host was very polite & helpful. The room was clean & tidy with fresh towels ready on arrival. Our full English breakfast was one of the best I've had(wish the one's at work tasted like this). We would definitely stop here again. This is Blackpool so you only need a place to sleep.

We have never been treated so appallingly!! We booked this b&b a few weeks before our check in date. I am a very organised person and wanted to call to double check our booking, car parking, etc the weekend before we were due to check in. Everything was absolutely fine, the lady on the phone was helpful and knew we...

Stayed here for two nights with my husband and it was absolutely fine. Said online towels and sheets are at extra cost but when we got there, there was fresh clean towels and the bed was all made for us. Room was clean enough although maybe could be doing with a lick of paint but it's Blackpool, i think everywhere...

This place was actually a b&b and was really more of a bedsit for drunks. The reception desk is manned by a dog at night and if you make the mistake of asking for clean towels you get shouted at and kicked out. The manager/psycho broke into our rooms and went through our things. Definitely avoid
