This hotel is warm and very welcoming, the staff never forget a face. The decor is tasteful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The absolute favourite part of this hotel is the food, cannot fault any meal dined there. Alcohol prices are in keeping with a holiday area, entertainment provided was very good. Pleasant enough stay and the breakfast was very good, apart from the fact that there were no vegetarian sausages on offer. perfect spot for the tower, the staff and beds clean and comfortable On a negative note it was very noisy, doors slamming, people shouting and disco music playing late into the evening. I could hear everything the people in...

The bedrooms are 'tired' they are clean and comfortable and serviced every day the bathrooms are new with a wonderful power shower. The staff are very friendly and the food is second to none....

But have to say that there is real work to be done around the hotel, for instance the carpets in the public bar are awful, threadbare, dirty etc. Training bar staff on how to serve the correct drinks, i e, measures, using correct glass. If the weights...

Stayed in a triple front facing room on the second floor. Room was spotless, great beds. Immaculate shower room with power shower. Restaurant has been re-decorated and is lovely and fresh. Nice peaceful dining room (no loud music). What a change! Food was plentiful with table service for dinner which is a bonus for us. Staff in all areas couldn't...
