We arrived and were welcomed. Settled in room was warm. They had set up a cot for my daughter with warm blankets. This was a carring touch as we had stayed in other hotels and the cot had just been thrown on the bed. Breakfast was tasty and there was a high chair for my daughter. These are small but...

Okay the hotel is not 5 star, but it really isn't that bad rooms were clean and breakfast was nice just a little small. Parking yes we parked in the other Street but again we knew it was on street parking as they did advertise. To see the lights we got the tram to the south pier and walked Back...

We stayed in this b&b for one night,at £80, luckily found a car parking space in the next street! Young man on reception greeted us and gave us the key to room 8, but failed to tell us it was two flights up! Room was ok, clean, sheets could have done with an iron! Decor left a lot to be...

Cant fault this hotel! It was nice and cosy, deco was neat and modern and staff were helpful and friendly! Couldn't have asked for more for what we played and convenient location as only 10 mjns from central pier on the tram but not noisy at night. Highly recommended!

On arrival my 6 year old daughter was desperate for the toilet. We were told they only had them in the rooms and were sent down the road to use the nearest pub. We later found out there was a toilet on the first floor she could of used!! Fuming!!! Also dirty breakfast dishes!!

We stayed here overnight after going to a wedding in Blackpool. Nice comfy bed and at £23 for 2 adults it was very good value for money. A little out of the way and not easy to park outside but it's opposite a tram stop and managed to park a street away.

If you're looking for a small hotel close to the centre but where the people really go out to make sure you're happy and comfortable, then this is the place for you! Really welcoming and want to make sure you get full value for your stay. We were in room 1 which might concern you with traffic on the stairs....

Stayed in a family room for two nights on our way home from the Lakes, firstly it's very cheap which always makes me wary but the prices in Blackpool are low as there is so much competition, the positives are the room was a decent size for a family of four, the beds were comfortable and the bed linen clean...
