The hotel was pretty average. The people that ran it all seemed friendly and welcoming but the room itself was just okay. The shower wasn't a nice experience, it ran hot and cold all throughout and when we got there, there was also urine and toilet paper in the toilet (we did find that the toilet didn't flush properly so... We stayed here for one night while we visited the Pleasure Beach. Good location as it's tucked away down a quiet street, so parking was easy and we found it a nice strolling distance in to town where we had dinner. Room wasn't overly spacious, but satisfactory for one night. Shower wasn't brilliant sadly - a small trickle that rapidly... More

Great value for money, you get what you pay for. It was clean and tidy and had everything you need. Other guests were quite noisy in the morning. The main problem was the distance from the town centre, we stayed here while seeing Derren Brown at the Winter Gardens but it was a half hour walk which was a little... More

We arrived mid afternoon after spending the day at the fair, the room was good for what we paid. Nicely decorated, was worried that it would of been noisey but didn't hear a thing all night, would stay again for one night. Had a family room with double and a single bed

Stayed for 3 nights during half term with my three children. B&B conveniently located a lovely 30 min walk to north pier or a tram ride to all other locations. Room size was perfect for us and very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast one morning which was lovely. I would highly recommend and will be back if we are... More

Just returned from a one night stay room was lovely and views out of the room was lovely. My faults are their was only one working plug socket in the room, walls weren't very sound proof, bed was very uncomfortable, ensuite bathroom needs some updating and the shower was very cold.

We stayed here for a night in April. We had room only so cannot comment on breakfast. The room we had was on the top floor,it was perfectly fine for a one or two night stay.Tea and coffee facilities,a TV and a reasonably comfy bed, though the shower lacked a little power and warmth. It is not the worst place I have stayed nor...
