Absolutely loved our stay (myself and younger sister). Spotless rooms, brilliant staff nothing too much trouble, superb breakfast really set you up for the day. Very close to tram/bus stops and a few mins on those to the centre. Will definitley be back! ☺

stayed here for 2 nights. i work in a hotel myself so have a keen eye for detail. other than a bit of dust on top of the tv, the room was fab! lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, good decor. excellent staff and as for Monty...well that bird is amazing! if we're in blackpool again, i'd most certainly book here!... If you're looking for a quiet, friendly and good priced b&b then this is it. 2 mins walk from tram and bus stop and once on them only 10 mins travel to Blackpool tower. Angelia and Keith very friendly, clean room and good breakfast.

Fantastic place to stay, rooms really clean and comfy beds. The breakfast is superb (huge) and the owners truly wonderful, attentive, and kind. There is a bar and even a resident parrot "Monty". Its only 5 mins away from the promenade and trams, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay and will be going back very soon. Andrew... More

My dad stayed here for 3 nights last week. He thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic and what he called 'proper food'. He said the place was immaculate and the hostess really looked after him and made him feel welcome.

Having recently lost a parent, I went for a relaxing stay, enjoying illuminations. Blackpool very busy, but The hotel was only 4 tram stops from North Pier and was lovely and quiet. Rooms were slightly dated, but the staff more than made up for this. The breakfast was fabulous and Angela and her staff could not be more accommodating. Well... More
