stayed at the Baron hotel for 3nts to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary, on entering the hotel seemed cold and uninviting, definitely lacks ambiance, we were "greeted" by Graham, whom stood and watched whilst we stuggled with our bags, we signed paper work then he told us to use the lift to 2nd floor, we got out and he was... None of our favourite places to stay in Blackpool had a room free at short notice so we took a chance on The Baron as it had a sea view room available. Our room was small but had a great view, comfy bed and clean bathroom. We needed help to get the tv working and wifi reception in the room... More

Nice cosy rooms, good nice staff an very clean. But the breakfast was the biggest down fall. Hungry 10 minutes later with how small it was. Also the wifi is very poor anywhere in the building. I would go back for a night visit no more than that. All in all 3 out of 5.

We booked The Baron on advice from Trip Advisor reviews. It did not disappoint. The hotel was very clean as was the room we had. All of the staff were very professional and very friendly. The bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was great. If we were to visit Blackpool again we would not hesitate to book the Baron.

We have just left this hotel after 6nights and can honestly say we feel relaxed. Hotel is clean, food is amazing. Staff are very accommodating - we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel. It's across from a tram stop but also within walking distance of central attractions. We all liked it and would return.

We booked 2 night stay through booking .com We choose this hotel as its close to a tram stop and included parking, wifi and breakfast. The wifi does not quite reach the rooms but they do advertise its only available in common areas. The tram and bus stop just outside is perfect, especially if you keep popping back and forth... My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night break at the Baron Hotel and I would definitely recommend it. Graham the owner is very welcoming and friendly, always had a smile and ready conversation. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice including eggs benedict and I would challenge anyone who could find a better egg poacher, they... More

Don't judge a book by it's cover - this is exactly what my boyfriend said to me as we pulled up in the driveway of this hotel. I was less than impressed with the outside but it was very clean and homely inside. The 2 men running the place were so friendly and our rooms were surpringly clean but a... More
