I arrived at this hotel with very little expectations and left pleasantly surprised. As I've only ever been to Blackpool before on hen doos, I have stayed in some unpleasant hotels before. As we were here with the kids, we choose this hotel based on a recommendation from a friend. From arriving at the hotel first appearances showed the exterior... More

Been visiting this hotel for 40 yrs the food is consistently good but our room was terrible it had a broken window that would not shut and whistled all night, one of the beds was not fit for purpose. Maybe they need to upgrade some of there rooms . The management did resolve this issue.
