Trust me when I say that this place will take some beating, especially for value for money and hospitality. The rooms are very clean with nice comfy bed and great sea view. This hotel has no rowdy young party goers, so you get a great nights sleep. The breakfast was a lovely finish to a stress free stay, will be...

Lovely management, lovely rooms, friendly, great value for money and placed next to pleasure beach - will definitely stay here again when visiting Blackpool. Stayed in a single room, however, the bed was like a small double - loads of room and the room itself was very clean - lovely

The only complaint we had was the fact that the window in our room, 301, was leaking and there was a towel on the window sill when we arrived. We will be staying here again next...
