Spent 3 night's at the hotel this week, well worth recommending. Owners Colin & Shirley made us very welcome, as did the little dogs. Hotel is clean, and excellent value for money. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and b&bs over the years from 2* right up to 5* and this was by far he most welcoming place I have visited. Arrived early, much to early! Invited in by the owners Shirley and Colin, who made us welcome and made a pot tea for us. Stayed 2 nights in family room 2. For 3. If you don't like dogs not for you! I would have not booked if I had known dogs lived at the property or that they accept dogs to stay. Don't get me wrong I have a dog, but also allergies to others. I knew as soon as I went in there... More

Fantastic place and friendly staff Colin and Shirley couldn't do enough for us a hot drink on arrival and lovely room carried our bags and brilliant breakfast extra toast if wanted we will be going there again and great with our daughter as well as they spoiled her

Stayed here on Monday 26th of October for two nights with my partner and 5 year old daughter, from the moment we walked in the door the service started, Colin and Shirley the owner's greeted us and asked if we'd like a hot drink, after travelling 2 hours this was much welcomed, we sat and chatted for a good hour... Never again !! Room was so small you could not move without bumping in to each other, you had to hang your clothes up on hangers on the towel rail as there was no wardrobe , the room was freezing with no heating , left after 1 night , Refused any refund after having to pay in full before arriving... We spent three nights at da ville hotel,my self partner and little boy,and could not of asked to stay anywhere better,the owners are lovely people and could not of welcomed us any more,beautiful breakfast,the b&bs is very well located near everything,and the room was lovely,thank you for a lovely stay and we will be bk very soon x
