This hotel is not fit for a family for a night, on arrival we were told the bar is now closed, as we have two children we would of liked to relax in the bar with them in the evening. The appearance from outside very shabby and inside is no better. The breakfast was ok but the dinning area had... More

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL Pictures on website relate to superior rooms only!!!!!! & are very misleading. Dirty, rundown and absolutely disgusting. Needs updating Booked for three nights & only stayed one, didn't even attempt to try breakfast Managed to get a part refund only Double room was more like a single with bed up against wall-very unhygienic, curtain falling... This hotel is a B & B with tiny dark cold rooms the bathroom was freezing. We could not open the wardrobe door as the room was to small. Food looked like it had been sat there all day cold and hideous. I booked this through a Hotel booking agent for 5 days over xmas but checked out after one... More

wish i had read reviews. On first appearences thought it looked like Bates Hotel (alfred Hitchcock film). Awful got the shivers. Was going to order breakfast but once i had seen the place changed my mind. Room was clean though. But if they want customers they want to think of a coat of paint and carpet in the enterance.

We arrived on the Friday around 9pm. When we went into the hotel the man was appeared drunk and did not have a clue. He told us to park the car round the back of the hotel against/near the wall. When we got into the room it was very dated and a smell of damp was present and not nice... More

Myself and boyfriend stayed here on Saturday 19th October for 1 night, after reading the reviews i was dreading arriving here as they were all so bad! Upon arrival the lady that met us at reception was welcoming and friendly. We were given the keys to our room and the downstairs of the hotel just looked typically seasidey! (remember you... More

Arrived at Blackpool on a Saturday day with no hotel booked beforehand. When I came to this hotel I got shown a room before paying; glad it was before I paid because it was vile!!!! brown mouldy walls, smelly and disgusting. Looked like it needs demolishing and fumigating. Wouldn't be surprised if there was rats hanging round this hell hole.... More

reading some of the reviews on I here I was a bit sceptical. On arriving the hotel was a bit dated but to get a hotel on with a sea view on the promenade with no extra charge was fantastic and I suspect that this one of the only hotels where a charge isn't applied for a sea view. If... More
