Turned up at the door as a single traveler looking for a room for four nights. Welcomed in by Pat who gave me one of their double rooms at a great price. The room was pleasantly furnished, quiet and very clean and had a good sized shower. Plenty of tea coffee, biscuits and the usual toiletries included. That the flat...

Great service ....pat and Christine were very welcoming & attentive from start to finish. Only there for the one night but would have been happy to stay longer. Breakfast was made to order and was absolutely delicious. Will make a point of travelling from Glasgow to Blackpool again soon to visit.

The owner was friendly and helpful. The breakfast...

Do yourself a favour - the next time you're in Blackpool for a wee break - or even a big break if you're lucky enough! - stay...

Stayed here for 3 nights and as always Pat and Christine made us feel right at home. Good size family room and very clean. Breakfast is fantastic as is the evening meal. Freshly cooked and always piping hot.Great location as just short tram ride or 20 minute walk into centre of Blackpool. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.
