Arrived to a very warm welcome from Pat. Rooms were comfortable and spotless. Bar/lounge is comfy and cosy. Breakfast was delicious, eggs cooked to perfection and served on hot plates, always a winner for me. Will be back xx

Pat and Christine are extremely warm and welcoming with all of their guests, nothing is too much trouble to make your stay very special. The Collingwood is very clean, comfortable, warm and very friendly. I would recommend his hotel to everyone including my friends and family. It's the perfect place to stay. We loved our reasonably priced 2 night break at the Collingwood hotel. Pat and Christine are wonderful hosts; very cheerful. I liked the area just past Gyn square. The breakfast is freshly cooked, hot and so tasty. We had a double room which was nice and spacious with an en suite. Comfortable beds make for a good night's sleep, which... More

No problem making arrangements to arrive late. Pat couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed on arrival. Nice clean room, good nights sleep and an excellent breakfast. Parking was available on site with no difficulty.

Well stocked bar but no draught beer. The only downside is that being situated at Gynn square it is... More

We had a great stay last weekend at the Collingwood. Pat & Christine are great hosts, extremely warm and friendly; we had a lovely clean, spacious room and also really liked the location, in a very nice quieter part of town, but it is really easy to get into town, on the tram or a nice 15 minute walk down...
