Not the best hotel in Blackpool looks nice from the front but go round the back and its a whole different story . Very dated looks like the fun house inside wonky stairs and the bedrooms are awful beds falling apart and the deco needs bringing upto date . As for some of the staff on reception need some training on customer service skills very ignorant. Breakfast was a rip off so if they ask you do you want breakfast your better going down the road for half the price . We had no towels in our room ended up going to reception twice by the time the towel arrived my partner already had her shower / bath . The hotel was the biggest let down of our weekend away it was awful for £190 for 2 nights was a joke . DONT WANT ANY REFUND OR HALF PRICE NEXT TIME EVEN HALF PRICE NEXT TIME WOULD STILL BE A RIP OFF. SO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF ON YOUR HOTEL THIS HOTEL WOULD BE IDEAL FOR YOU 🙄😏😒

This is a fantastic hotel in the north location only 5 minutes to the north pier.me and my son arrived on Saturday monday 1st day of Teir 3 restrictions so it was a stressful day for all the staff I payed extra £13 for a early check in at 11.30AM as I didn't want to wait to 4pm for my room very quick check in and a comfortable twin room on the 3rd floor it was on the back streets no problem as all the sea views had gone the beds were very clean and comfy and a large dressing table just perfect for a woman like me hair make up etc .The restaurant is lovely and proper home cooked meals as I dont eat fast food burgers etc plenty of choice and cooked well the breakfast Is perfect you can have what you want as I dont eat full English breakfast, the restaurant staff are so polite and friendly 10 out of 10 in these stressful times,,the bar was comfortable and entertainment Bingo and 2 singers on a evening I did feel the bar staff looked stressed out at times but working hard in a very strange year and times I will come back very soon as me and my son aged 21 had such a good laugh and really did enjoy our 2 night stay ❤💙

Having been unable to have an overseas holiday a trip to Blackpool was in order. Tiffanys was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad they did. We took advantage of the early check in for £13 which is a bargain and was checked in and in the room within a few mins. We booked the refurbished 4 poster room and it was a good choice, the bathroom was definitely the main attraction, Jacuzzi bath with super powerful jets, LED lighting and inbuilt TV...what's not to love! The room itself isn't the height of luxury but is absolutely fine and importantly spotlessly clean. The food both at breakfast and dinner is excellent and the entertainment was outstanding. The staff are working perilously hard in difficult circumstances but everyone of them did so with a smile on their face, credit should also be given to management for providing a place of work where staff are clearly happy in their jobs. The hotel are going above and beyond to ensure colleagues and guests are safe and it's very pleasing to say that we never encountered any guests not adhering to the restrictions. We had an amazing few days and can't wait to return... thank you Tiffanys

This can not be a three star hotel the bath room was so small I could not fit on the loo every thing else was ok but with coroner virus there is a long wait to be served in the dining room the bar is table sevice only and the entertainment is first come basis the car park is five pound a night wich all hotels seem to be doing lts a way of getting more money out of you
