Thanks to Neil and Sylvie - so helpful. Yes the hotel is run down and needs renovation, however they are doing what they can. The hotel has tram and bus routes outside and are therefore unable to renovate outside yet. The hotel is clean and the food is fantastic. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot.

I arrived by car to meet up with a party of friends from all over Britain, one of whom had booked this particular venue, I definitely did not know what to expect from this low budget hotel. (I usually go for the mid range or luxury end of the market when looking for, and booking accommodation) The price for a...

Thanks Ron for your kind reviews. But please note we did not charge you a 'single room supplement' because you were part of a much larger group, some of which shared 3 to a room, you were lucky because you was the only male in the group !! Also, we only book entertainment and do the free buffet if we...

Booked holiday with Urquhart coach Holidays. Not advised at time of booking which hotel we were going to. Had we known we would never have booked this. On arriving we were so shocked at the exterior and going inside was even worse. The smell of rotten vegetables met us. I was advised this was the broccoli and cauliflower soup to...

Incredible !! You were part of a coach party of 33 people. We led you into the bar area which indeed has a pool table, but more importantly comfortable seating for more than 40 guests. It is not the dining room which was already set out for evening meal, which at the time was being cooked with fresh vegetables, if...
