The hotel itself was OK and on the whole the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was ok (it was a single) But I did not appreciate being charged a single supplement for a single room. The room was advertised as £144 for 3 nights bed breakfast and evening meal. This was not the case as it became £159... More

Stayed for two nights, room with sea views seems recently upgraded and was great, plenty of space, allocated meal times isn't always suitable, public areas and meal choices were back in the 70s entertainment at night was good, swimming pool was freezing

Stayed for a weekend at The Queens hotel Blackpool and found the parking adequate, the hotel is situated central to all the attractions so I could park up and leave my car there for the weekend which was great. Once we got to our room (which was decorated beautifully looked like it had just been done) there was a minor... More

It was a while ago now since we stayed here but as a trip advisor regular contributor I'm finally getting round to my review of this hotel. So I'll review as good as my memory serves. We arrived early, well before the stated check in time. Parked our car for free and was allowed in our room immediately. The receptionist... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and found the stay very pleasant. The room was clean looked newly refurbished with new furnishings, decent size bathroom and shower. There was a good choice at breakfast, plenty of options to suit all diets. The food was tasty, warm and promptly served. The entertainment was to be as expected, club singers but pleasant enough... We stayed at the Queens for 5 days, I cannot understand the previous negitive revues, I thought the hotel was just right. The room I stayed in (232) had been recently decorated, and the bathroom had been modernised. (see pictures). I thought to modernise the ground floor rooms ie the bars, lounge's, and the restaurant would be sacrilegious, I think... More

Friendly staff, the rooms are clean, the breakfast has a variety of options and very tasty. The hotel is inbetween the town centre and the pleasure beach. Seaview rooms have a nice view overlooking the promanade. The hotel is lovely. Will return when we need another short break.

We were here over the weekend, breakfast is diabolical, room not the cleanest. If you need any help don't go to sharn she's vile ask for Jenny. Then entertainment is dire. We want for the air show but in future won't bother

Firstly, the staff in this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. You will always be guaranteed to be given a friendly and warm welcome from all reception staff (Debbie, Mark and Sharon in particular). I was given a room above the swimming pool and it was absolutely boiling. I asked Debbie at reception for a different room and this was... More
