The last time I stayed here was 20 odd years ago and it was fantastic so I had high hopes. when we got to the hotel we had to register the car which was free. The hotel in my opinion was very clean in the public sitting areas and bars. The public toilets had a fantastic door handle that omitted... More

I think half who stay here and write reviews expect 5 star when they have in fact paid for a 3 star, or failed to tell hotel of their requirements before arrival. My bedroom was spotless and only just been totally refurbished (including new doors). Reception staff, bar staff, bedroom cleaners and waiters (even when under stress) all charming and... More

This hotel has a brilliant sea view, the staff are very kind and helpful. They even looked after my scooter... the rooms were furnished well and had a medium sized TV screen. The servicing was perfect and the bathrooms immaculate and new. Thanks from Ben aged 9 and his Mum and Grandad.

Lovely place bedroom... But is little more problem of window dirty. Is didn't cleaning the window everyweek. And the bathroom... Is smell so strongest the way is too much bleach in the bathroom! I was lucky is being felt choke to breath in the bathroom. The next day morning time to go... Bathroom was clear, unfortunately, the bathroom washing-sink smell... More

The rooms were very comfortable, the staff were very polite & helpful.Entertainment every night. Overall the hotel is excellant. We were very disappointed that the journey from Denton Manchester to Blackpool took over 6 hours, waiting in coach at Burtonwood for over an hour in hot sun, driver did not put airconditioning on. Then a long stop at services.
