Hotel was perfect, met by Steve who made us feel more than welcome from the start. Rooms were basic as you would expect but spotless. All en-suite with flawless shower rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with all requests catered for. Weather was awful but Avril stepped up and dried all our kit which was a life saver. Great hotel, great location.... More

My husband and I have just returned after spending a week in the Oak Lea. We were there with Blackpool Breaks. The hotel was great. Lovely spacious clean room with comfortable beds and a big shower. We had booked a double but we're given a family room, despite having a double and single bed there was still plenty of room.... More

Very nice hotel. Staff and management very friendly if you have stayed before. For us as first and last time visitors. We were placed in a part of the dining room that were last for everything. At caberet we were ignored and on leaving the hotel to go home not even a good bye from management.

Just returned from a bank holiday stay at the New Oaklea. The hospitality and service was absolutely amazing. Avril, Steve and Margaret looked after all of us (2 adults and 3 children) impeccably. They were incredibly attentive, great hosts, took time to remember all of our names and even remembered to put the sweetners out for breakfast. They paid every... More
