Stayed at the cliffs for 1 night with a group of friends at their Christmas party night. Hotel was lovely and clean the meal in the evening wasn't up to much but the breakfast is nice. Beds comfy nice sea view.

Generally clean hotel, good location. Small dated rooms. Very expensive for what you get, staff not overly friendly. There is a buffet breakfast which was average, nothing special. Wouldn't return to this hotel, best part about it was the view.

The staff were welcoming got taken to a room for Xmas lunch the food was excellent and all staff were really helpful I even asked for more gravy and one of the waiters brought out a jug of piping hot gravy the entertainment was excellent xxx going to go back next year with Hatton travel for a five day holiday...

Stayed here for the weekend half board . I was met by a very friendly receptionist who talked us through everything to do with the hotel from dining,kids club , swimming pool, gym and evening entertainment, we made it to the 2nd floor family room which was very spacious and extremely clean , the food is amazing an all you...

A large party of us were at the hotel for a turkey and tinsel week. Our room was large, clean and well furnished. All the staff were friendly and efficient. The meals were very good with portions more than enough for most. The entertainment was great and particularly enjoyable because we won on the bingo which starts the night off....

This was our first stay at the Cliffs and will definitely go back. Rooms were quite small but nicely decorated, very clean and very warm. All the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We only had B&B but the breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, well cooked and lovely and warm.

Absolute brill time ,top food ,excellent staff, great service, lots of options and plenty to do, great leisure facilities , gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, awesome food menu, great drinks menu ,nice cafe bar, (great sea view).all went with great ease and satisfaction. Another one of the good choice hotels.

Myself and my partner always come here. We never stay in any b and bs. Why would you when you have the chance to stay somewhere luxury. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfy, the staff always helpful and the food is to die for. The cost of staying over is worth while. Especially when you get dinner, bed...

Booking in to hotel was awful. Consistently interrupted by other guests. Given key to room. Door open on arrival by towel keeping door ajar. Bed made. Bathroom ok . Floor not hoovered. Landing area littered with ironing boards and rubbish in containers. Sea view paid extra. Porthole as window room310. It was dirty. Couldn't see out of. Noise on landing...
