We arrived Monday Evening 19th September. Our room was excellent with sea view. We where very lucky as the weather was excellent. Spent a day In Blackpool which we bought a day ticket for the tram. Which was excellent value for money 5 pound to use traveling on tram all day Would highly recommend to people to visit if not...

Stayed here 3 days/4 nights as part of a "Just Go" coach party and have no complaints at all although the entertainment was cut short each evening IMO. Room was compact but clean with a lovely view over The Irish Sea and looking out at the illuminations was a extra treat. Dining room was clean,the food was good with adequate...

Spent four nights here on a coach trip. Hotel could do with a decor update, but is kept very clean. Our room and bathroom was spacious, with nice sea view, Nice fluffy white towels and kettle with tea and coffee provided. Room was a bit noisy when the seafront trams stop and start outside - particularly when window slightly open....

My mother is disabled and uses a walker , and to find the lift at the side of the hotel is not working was a bummer!, now looking up after I have stayed it seems like the outside lift hasn't been in working order for a long time , if we had known this we wouldn't have stayed here!! I...

Out room was "ok" in need of much cosmetic update although the bed was very comfy. The bathroom had lovely tiles and fluffy towels howeved it did need a good clean and had a broken bath panel, the side of the sink unit was also broken. Lets just say booked this through our usual company for short trips and usually the accommodation is great. Must say this was an except to the rule. had to wash at the wash hand basin for the time we were there as the shower was covered in mould and really dirty. Food not great and if not on time for...

Just returned yesterday from a 3 night stay here and had a fab time. Breakfast was amazing tea was really nice excellent choice. We had a family room which had a double and two single beds in it. Room was nice and clean. It had a tv and coffee making facilities. Entertainment on the night was bingo and then singer....

I did a quick check on this hotel befor I went the pictures on the website looked good .my first thoughts when I walked through the door was the photos must be from years ago .the reception is old and tired worn furniture in need of redecoration ,the stairs to our room were dark and dingy the carpet was dusty...

Really enjoy staying here we had a room for 2 adults & 1 child , lovely location with it being away from the hustle & bustle of being in the centre of Blackpool, trams straight on the doorstep across the road or taxis 2mins round the corner use the hotels phone to ring them. Food & service very good there...
