We were shown to our room and it was awful, if was dirty, run down and had dog hair all over! The bathroom was disgusting. The owner... More

We were going to visit this hotel via a groupon voucher, however when calling to book with the hotel, they wanted to add a £10 sur charge for dates that were not on the voucher, called me a curse word for being 'awkward' for refusing to pay for this as not advertised, and said that they were unavailable most of... We booked the hotel to stay for 2 nights. First off, we arrived to be faced by the rudest young man I have ever come across, this threw us off straight away. After checking in, the rude man showed us to the smallest hotel room i've ever seen. The 'double' bed was tiny me and my boyfriend would of barely... More

The Edwardian hotel is right on the seafront, the rooms were very clean and had a very generous amount of tea, coffee, biscuits, thee beds were very comfortable and the view is great, if you have a seaview room, the dining area must be one of the largest I've seen and the food was lovely, the staff were really friendly...
