this is definitley the best hotel we have stayed in blackpool the rooms was spacious and kept clean and tidy not 1 complaint.it was only £15 more than our last hotel and the room was twice the size with the balcany with great sea view gonna stick with this hotel from now on

Not a great hotel. The worst mattress I have ever slept on, you can feel every spring. A dated and rather small double room with a tiny en-suite and a terrible shower. the cooked breakfast consisted of one sausage, one small rasher of bacon, one under-cooked egg, baked beans and tinned tomatoes, and wasn't very enjoyable. We stayed over the weekend 2 couples with doubles rooms for 2 nights with breakfast we have zero complaints. Staff were cheery and very helpful. Breakfast was brilliant after a night in the bar with the great entertainment. Is the Edwardian the Hilton ofc its not but you get what you pay for and we more than got our money... More

This hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The reviews I read where good but in reality the hotel was poor. Very friendly staff but the hotel was dated and poor standard It's needs a good makeover. En suite is a joke.Its shoe box. Taps were leaking,Windows looked like they could fall away from the frames,carpet was something from them... More

Stayed here for two nights, but left after one! - no hint of a refund!!!! - Window in bedroom wouldn't open, shower was filthy flaking paint in the bathroom window sill, filthy shower, and when I complained, they produced another member of staff to allege some sort of allegation against me, asking me to leave!!!!! My family and i stayed here over the weekend. We booked the rooms with the balcony and was more than happy with how clean they were. A warm reception greeted us as we collected the room keys. We managed to see some sunshine which was a bonus and made the balcony rooms all the more worthwhile. Great location so tired... More

Never again absolutly appaling for the money we paid. No entertainment. Bar was never cleaned always looked dirty. Staff must live there as young kids running everywhere even knocking our room door. No bar menu even tho advertised. Dining room filthy due to pet dragobs attracting flies cutlery had seen better days. Thought this was a family hotel but anything... More

Well located but tired dirty and plaster hanging offrom wall in shower and no control on shower red hot so couldn't use plus £10 parking per day view was not good out the back but staff where pleasant

The hotel is a bit tired, staff are friendly enough but the rooms are small and the en suite was awful. Get what you pay for I guess in this instance, I can't comment on the other rooms but mine was tiny!!

Me and my son who is only 6 stayed here for 3 nights. On arrival (when we were allowed in after 2pm - which is far enough) we collected our keys , to then be told no Breakfast was being served :( we did however get a refund of £20 but that didn't cover my costs of 2 breakfasts and... More
