As usual, the staff were very friendly. We only stayed the one night this time and were put into the room with a view, i.e. the room that looks straight onto the pleasure beach which made my daughter's day. No complaints, room was very clean and everything worked. Of course, the staff are readily accessible in case of any problems,...

This must be the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. the smell of cannabis could have knocked you out, the toilet was falling to bits, the shower door wouldn't close so we had a flood on the floor, the bed sheets were ripped, the paint work was old and tatty and in dire need of...

After our regular accomodation in the North West decided that it wasn't letting this year, we had to find an alternative, sharply. I little digging turned up this place and a booking was quickly made. Located next to the pleasure beach and conveniently opposite a tram stop, the hotel is not exactly grand, but overlooks the beach and appears well...

I left a review here previously. For some reason it's been removed. Probably too honest. I don't know who gives out hotel licences or inspects hotels in Blackpool but they should be sacked. This was last minute for us and Blackpool was mobbed. We passed here and it had vacancies so my wife called. They said no double room but...

We stayed for 1 night it cost £90 for a small double room, with no breakfast this was £4.99 extra! There was no hot water for a shower, no hairdryer and the tv remote didn't work. There was dry blood on the pillowcase. Would not recommend 2 star at the very best.

Booked a double room on booking.com had to pay on arrival, first they tried over charging us even tho I had my email booking confirmation with price on, then they gave us a small double instead of the large double I had booked and paid for! The staff were very rude especially the young man that was working at night!...

We decided to go and see the illuminations last minute and booked a room at this hotel as it was one of the cheapest available at the time. Having read the many negative reviews I was worried BUT as it was only one night I thought I'd risk it. I did take my own bedding just in case ... BUT......
