in 12 years of staying here, we (my wife and I ) have been welcomed, looked after, eaten great food for breakfast and evening meals by two people we are happy to call friends. John and Sheila always make our stay more welcome and often go out of their way to make our stay a happy one.

Another super holiday. John and Shelia are the perfect hosts always welcoming . Rooms are lovely and breakfasts too. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Blackpool. If u require a different breakfast option as long as he knows the night before it's never too much trouble.

Have just returned after visiting again after viewing the lights. You are made very welcome by the hosts John and Sheila and nothing is too much trouble for them. Very handy to all the amenities in Blackpool with all being within walking distance and a bus stop outside for a trip around.

John the owner greeted me Saturday morning. As room not quite ready made me a cup of tea. We talked I told him...
