The hotel is so beautiful and grand and I was allowed to look in the rooms and suites as I love architecture and was given a bit history which made my trip a little more special. The rooms are quite small but adequate and unfortunately we were given a room at the back so didn't get to see the fabulous...

Can recommend this historic hotel, nice staff, great dinner with lots of choice can be included. The breakfast was good quality and plentiful. There are good deals, book direct with the hotel. Pool is warm and jacuzzi just right. Reasonably priced treatments available

The service was great and Francis our waiter was really welcoming and attentive. I bought this via a groupon deal, and unfortunately I didn't...

Not really much to say here. The hotel serves its purpose on a busness trip, but the rooms are old and tired, as is the hotel. However so is all of Blackpool. The location on the sea and near the town center is good....

Stunning building from the outside and reception area. Sadly that's where the compliments end...the room was so tired and dated, cracked and rusty sink, lumpy and squeaky bed, mouldy windows and wardrobe. This place really need some tlc
