The hotel is located very close to Blackpool tower and all of the shops. There is a multistory car park within 5mins walk. The room was a bit drab but nothing to complain about as we literally just slept there and spent all day out and about. The breakfast was really nice and

Me and my partner had a horrific stay here. The one member of staff that we briefly met was friendly enough, but so unprofessional. The shower was broken and bug infested, either scorching or freezing, with no in between. Stains all over the small desk stool, long dark hairs

"Stair chair available, good view of Tower depending on room, handy shopping centre"
"No lifts and a lot of stairs so if you struggle or have very young children try to get the 1st floor."
"Despite the fact that the hotel is on Albert Road, all the rooms seem perfectly quiet so you always get a good night's sleep. If you have any specific needs, tell Lynne and she'll look after you."
"The shower en-suites are the best rooms, no over bath showers."
"Whatever specific needs you have, call and have a chat with Lynne before you book and she'll do her best to accommodate you. I always need a very quiet room because I'm a light sleeper, so Lynne always make sure I get as little noise / disturbance as possible."
