If you want 4* luxury, go and pay for it. If you want economy, and are not fussy, go to Norbreck Castle. A massive piece of hotel history. Nearer to Cleveleys than Blackpool Town Centre, which is no problem, as there is a tram stop right outside. Here is a tip. If you have to pay for the tram, get...

I booked to stay from 13th-15th Sept. From the moment I arrived I realised I had made a mistake. Booking in,was a lengthy process with a long wait, but the Staff were really great and offered me an upgrade to a Premier Room...which was pretty awful to say the least. Filthy windows, peeling wallpaper, and flaking paintwork along with dirty...

From the start the staff could not have been more helpful , yes the décor was dated but our room was clean and tidy and a very good size. The towels etc we changed...

The hotel had had a lot of bad reviews, but I don't know how they do it for the price, it was clean and tidy but very busy, the dining room was a little cramped, but all in all a very relaxing break , well done Norbreck Castle for a great time.

What is wrong with these people! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty, tired, run down, tasteless hotel. As soon as we entered the shabby reception we knew we had made a mistake. We paid more for a sea view but the window had clouded inside the double glazing and we couldn't see a thing. Ok it...

My friend and I went here at the beginning of September. It is very run down and badly needs a face lift but our room was small but clean and nice fluffy towels. The entertainment was poor. I will say that the food was very good indeed and hot.

Well what can I say we just left this rather large run down hotel this morning. On arriving we approached reception staff who don't have any cheeriness / customer service skills about them at all, they all looked unhappy and unhelpful if asked a question. We then entered into our room to find puddles on window sills , dampness crawling...
